Amazon Basics 16-Piece Chrome Vanadium Steel Punch and Chisel Set with Storage Pouch, Cold Chisel, Pin Punch, Center Punch

First time buying Amazon Basics, I usually stick to higher in brands, but the price was right and the reviews were good on this product. For the week that I have had these, I am very impressed with the durability of these so far. I have “put the beans to them” and they’re holding up to the test. Places where I’d usually use an air hammer, they get the job done. Really like the smaller sizes as well for getting pins out, works perfect. So far so good, I’ll update if they break. Also, when rolled up they fit snug in a top drawer. Thinking about making a foam insert like my snap on ones have.

Size and quality of these is good. I've seen several reviews mentioning that they are too small or damage easily. They are standard as far as sizing. Not too small and large enough for heavy work. If you know how to actually use a punch, chisel, etc, they hold up just fine with no damage. I suspect those that complained about how durable they are aren't using them properly.....user error.

Just a good set of tools for not much money. I don't use punches much, but when I do, I like to have durable tools, a variety of tools for every need and in a case so they are all in one place., This fits the bill in all of those.

So far so good...but then again, I haven't been using them with any real force from a 4lbs hammer or anything. For the price though, worth it.

I love these punches. Great combination of sizes. very sturdy. Feels the same as high quality punches.

This was my 1st "Amazon Basics" tool purchase, I waited awhile before rating them to see how they held up, so far they have been great, and I do use them often. They are good quality and none of them have mushroomed to date.

Ce lot de 16 burins à métal est vraiment excellent ! En tant que mécanicien, je les utilise régulièrement dans mon travail, et ils répondent parfaitement à mes besoins. La qualité est au rendez-vous, et ils sont suffisamment robustes pour s'attaquer à diverses tâches sans se déformer ni s'émousser. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il faudrait payer cher pour une marque célèbre alors qu'Amazon Basics offre des produits de qualité similaire, voire meilleure, à un prix beaucoup plus abordable. Ces burins font tout ce que je leur demande et m’ont permis de réaliser des travaux précis sans problème. En résumé, je recommande vivement ce lot de burins à métal à tous les bricoleurs et mécaniciens. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix qui prouve qu'on n'a pas besoin de dépenser une fortune pour avoir de bons outils

La verdad estoy asombrado con la calidad de Amazon Basics en cuanto a herramienta, ya que es de muy buena calidad, inclusive mucho mejor que otras marcas reconocidas. Y lo mejor de todo, es que el precio es bastante bajo. Vale totalmente lo que pagas por ella, sin duda la recomiendo a amigos y conocidos.
