Great for smoking Turkey Breast
I used this product to cook a boneless turkey breast on my grill. This is the perfect size for that item and it holds the product perfectly in place, creating a nice round football shape. I slap on some salt and pepper and smoke it to 150, then pull it off and let it rest for a bit. The netting pulls right off, leaving you with no mess, and a great presentation on the table. It makes you look like a professional...

Works perfectly on cured meats
It takes a little bit of practice getting it on to something like a pork loin, but the results look great. I found that if I gather up the whole cut length of netting on my index and middle fingers, pull it open and have a helper push the pork loin into it while they pull down on the bottom netting then it only takes a few seconds to get a perfect wrap. The wonky one in the photo is my first try before I came up with this technique :-)

Great product, perfect size for most roasts.
This Size 24 is perfect for most my meat netting needs. It is stretchy enough to use a No. 10 can with both ends cut out as a funnel and yet is will shrink down to about a 3" diameter for a snug hold. So I would say the range of meat size it will work with is about 3" diameter to 6" diameter. I use it to hold boneless turkey breast together into a 5" diameter roast. Cooks up juicy tender and awesome.

Excellent product
Excellent holding properties, clean without strange fraying pieces, and readily hold my netted charcuterie. The Sausage Maker is a great vendor with a huge selection of products needed for salumi and/or sausage and/or fermented cheese and/or vegetables.

Works great for pork butts
Use for smoking boneless pork butts from Costco. You have to stretch them out a bit but the tight net is great for when the pork shrinks in the smoker.

Works well and decent quality.
This works for cuts of meat around 2-1/2” to 3” diameter. I ended up getting some larger size 20 for my larger cuts like big pork loins.
