Never bought couches online...will do again.
So at the time we went shopping for couches. Our others were 35 years old. We wanted to wait till the last kid was potty trained...well...we've had 7 kids in 10 years. The last one is about 6 months old. And we were starting to put duct tape on the old couches. I still didn't want to invest the $1000's of dollars for another living room set while they were still messing up the old ones/ eating without my knowledge, coloring on couches, taking off diaper...well you get the drift. So we took the kids shopping. After finding all the stuff out there. Absolutely nothing is made nicely anymore. So I gave up that thought. Went to scratch and dent section. Alas a $650 (+tax +$50 delivery fee) couch/loveseat set...but, it was Easter Egg blue. I bet that is going to be so lovely in my earth tone house colors. (I'm not going to paint either, not until my artists are done with their wall murals, ugh!). We decided to go home think and pray about the blue couches. Well they dropped the price on these couches at the time to $587 (+tax, silly state decided to make Amazon tax us). At that price we can go ahead and every tax return re-buy these when needed. PRO's: 1. It is cheap for an entire set. Even though construction is superb. I was mildly surprised at how nice it feels for the price. 2. No worrying about the kids running around a furniture store. 3. The fabrics are AWESOME!!! 3. It looks better in person. CONS: 1. You can feel the springs under your bottom. 2. It comes with 3 pillows. Drive me nuts, I like things symmetric. 3. The construction, is.....lacking. Frame is mostly 1x1x8's. 4. The fabric as awesome as it feels is...a dirt catcher. But, so are my kids. 5. Back is a little short. Or the cushions are so stiff you don't sink much. I would buy this all over again in a heartbeat. And probably will if the kids mess it up too much before the baby is potty trained in a few years. *******UPDATE 2 MONTHS******* It is now about 2 months since we've had them. And the toddler is trying his hardest to make sure they look worn in. He put marker all over the thing. (Somehow he convinced 6 year old to give it to him.) AND he put his hand that was covered in ranch where he snuck some food from the refrigerator on one of the cushions. Well water and a paper towel pulled up the marker. But, not the ranch. It wasn't "stained" as much as "oily". So, I put some Dawn dish soap, and rubbed it with a wet paper towel. Brought it right up. HOWEVER, these seats have a tendency to act like a Swiffer duster on a ceiling fan. They collect every crumb, and it is very hard to get it up with the extension on the vacuum. I resolved to putting the cushions on the floor and taking the entire vacuum on top of them. That worked. I feel the springs around the outside edges of each cushion. Still hasn't worked in yet. But, my kids think they make awesome forts because of how well they hold their shape. The back cushions haven't deflated (yet). I still would buy them in our case. I still think of them as disposable not "heirloom" quality. But, it feels good to have couches of our own, instead of a hand-me-down from before I was born. *******UPDATE 10 MONTHS******* So, it has been 10 months. And this is what I can tell you. They are not brand new looking any more. One seat cushion was sat in by a larger grandparent and lost its spring. In all fairness, my kids jump on them, so it could be a combination. The baby teethed all around the front part of the couch cushions and made water marks everywhere. This is a problem with microfiber in general. It looked HORRIBLE. However, I figured we were going to get rid of them at 1 year so, might as well not worry about using a cleaning agent on it. So I got a big brush and some soapy water (dish soap like Dawn). I went in circles and took a shop vac and sucked up most of the water. I then took the cushions outside on our porch for the after noon standing up on end (the back end that you don't see, in case the water pooled). It looked brand new again. At some point my 3 year decided that the back cushions would look better with marker (non-washable Crayola). I tried washing them off like I did the ones above. But, it was a TON. So, I took the stuffing out. I will avoid doing that anymore!! It did GREAT in the washing machine, little Tide and go. But, the material covering the stuffing, is extremely easy to catch on the zippers. It ripped a little as we pulled it out and a little putting it in to one of the cushions in particular. These kids have used the cushions nearly daily to play "forts", or jumping stones (hot lava), pirate ships, or lily pads. Which is fine, the seat cushions are stiff enough to hold their shape. The back cushions aren't terrible, but, there is no reinforcement, it is just tightly packed stuff. My biggest and pretty much ONLY issue with this couch is the kids ripped the fabric that go between the cushions and the frame. It is the same material (almost) as what is inside the back cushions, extremely thin, feels like cheap stabilizer (if you sew you know that feel). The kids somehow ripped it in 3 spots. One spot is about 8-10 inches. The problem with that? When the kids play on them, the baby regularly likes to go over and explore....the hole. I can't tell you how many times I've had to rescue the baby because he got stuck between the frame. Ugh! He also likes go go over and throw stuff in that hole. After much stress, we finally found the 5 pacifiers, 3 sippy cups, 1 $10 bill, 1 of the kids school books, and a dozen trinkets (army men/legos). To get them out we have to flip the couch. Unscrew the legs. Take off the Velcro bottom (thank goodness they did Velcro). Get everything out. Put it back together. Process takes maybe 2 minutes. Frustrating is all, not the manufacturers fault. In a house that isn't part zoo. I can see these lasting a long time. They are a little more comfortable then when we first got them. I don't miss the stiffness. But, the outside of the cushion is "stiff". Feels like box springs, the inside isn't as stiff. This really is only a problem if you are trying to fit between cushions, it feels....odd. I planned on replacing them here in 2 months when I originally bought them. But, I'm not going to. I don't know if they will make it another year. But, I'm pretty sure they will make it another 6 months. Would I buy them again? ABSOLUTELY! I love the style, esp. since the price is spot on.

I don't recommend theses couches!
These couches look nice but wow they are completely uncomfortable. The cushions are rock hard. I also hated the fact I had to put the couches together. I sent them back. Sure the price is great but I would rather pay another couple hundred dollars to get a comfortable couch.

Hard to put together
I didn't really expect too much out of a set that cost under $700. Had a slight problem with delivery and ended up getting it almost a week late. There wasn't a lot of pieces to put together, but the instructions were literally just a few pictures with arrows and numbers. We didn't have a lot of trouble until we tried to tighten the screws and they kept coming lose again. The wooden frame is made of pretty cheap wood, and the "springs" look like some kind of strap or binding. Once we finally got the screws all in and "tight" we turned the furniture right side up and the arms came lose! We fixed the problem using a little heavy duty adhesive that we put in the screw holes as we screwed them back in. So far it is holding up great. After the struggle, the couches are actually very nice and look a lot more expensive than what they are. The faux leather is actually pretty nice quality and the color of the cushions looks exactly as the picture ( we ordered the saddle.) The only other complaint I have is that the cushions are VERY stiff, but I'm hoping after we have it a few months they will soften up. Overall, it's a decent set especially for the price and if you have patience or any carpentry skills at all this is a nice set.

Great Living Room set! ***AFTER 5 YEARS - NOT SO GOOD (UPDATED REVIEW)
**** UPDATE - After 5 years of usage Please see the new pictures I attached. After 5 years, the living room set has basically deteriorated with normal usage. I contacted customer service trying to buy replacement parts but they responded me that I should contact a "Furniture repair/upholstery shop" because it is out of warranty! So, it is basically a set for short time of usage. Maybe I am wrong, but I have had furniture that has last more than 5 years. Anyways, now you have all the information. ********************************** ORIGINAL REVIEW: (4.5 STARS) Ok, it cost me $669 when I bought them. Now it's cheaper... but still at 669 it is a great deal. First, both sofa and loveseat look great. They're not the most comfortable sofa in the world but it's not too bad either. For me, they're ok! The cushions will get more comfortable with time... Right Now, after 6 months of usage, I can say I'm very satisfied. It didn't take me too long to assembly it, even though the instructions are not as clear as it should be. I live in a one room apartment and they fit great. Some user pointed out that they attract dust because of the microfiber... It's true but it's not that much either; You need to clean your sofa once in a while, I don't have any problem with that; they get dirty the same way any other sofa will get dirty... I really cannot find any reason to not recommend them: Great Price, great look, decent comfort, great construction! If you like, buy it, I'm pretty sure it's a very balanced purchase!!!
