As far as I could tell from reading the description and looking at the previews the difference was the colors/design of the product.

If they have the same chores...sure. If not then I'd say no.

It does have many small parts, so not appropriate for under 4 - there is a wide variety of responsibilities, so it would be good for a range of ages to encourage responsibility and good behavior.
