Fits well - does not add to overall diameter of scope
I didn't have much clearance between the bottom of the scope objective and the rifle barrel. A Butler Creek scope cover was a bit too big and wouldn't clear. I maybe could have taken some material off of the bottom of the Butler Creek cover, but maye not. I did not want to go with a taller base/ring. The Nightforce front objective cover does not add to the overall diameter of the scope. The $50 is overpriced, but it is cheaper than purchasing taller bases and rings. It works as advertise - opens and closes crisply & quietly.

Must to protect that awesome NF Glass!
Perfect for those 50mm Nightforce objectives and POSSIBLY compatible with some others. With NF glass you want to be able to protect it while getting rough, these do the job and are easy to get out of the way when you need.

Fit is good.

Only the front scope cap.
Good cap nothing fancy. Negatives is price, positive is the aluminum threaded piece threads into scope then the cap piece snaps into that, better looking then a slide over scope cap. I have the SHV 4-14x 50mm F1 for the rear I got a butler creek cap size 1.730 an it fit perfect, rear of scope measured with calipers is 1.720.
