Best bang for buck in terms of getting a healthy supply of olives, and for non-glass packaging. While olives with the pits require more care to avoid busting a tooth when you are eating them, they are WAY better than pitted Kalamatas in terms of texture (not so soggy) and taste (not so salty.) The olives are very good - not too briney - and you can make them less so by soaking the ones you about to serve in plain water for 15-30 minutes to get some of the salt to leach out. It would be nice if the plastic drum had some sort of air release/vacuum capability to keep from resealing it with air in the container. But that's a minor kvetch.

These are a great olive. I prefer the whole (not pitted) olives because they taste bettered hold their shape. The packaging is great, but apparently some of the brine leaked out so I did needed to do some clean up. Not a big deal. The container was in a sealed plastic bag for transit, so there was no mess in the box. They taste great. I pit enough to last a week or so so I don't have to do it every time we make a Greek salad. I'll be a regular customer.

This is as close to Greece as I am going to get! Whole kalamatas and feta are required in our family salads. These olives are as good as a their local harvest. I cannot do without them. Also, shipping is fast on the East Coast. Thanks for making this a tasty and affordable product of the mother country.

The olives tasted fine, but it is a little deceiving to call these olives extra large. They are quite small compared to other olives we have bought. Other than that, I'd probably buy them again.

These olives are firm and delicious. Perfect for your Greek salads, with cheese or just by themselves. We used to buy our olives at the deli but found too many times they were soft. This is our third purchase of this product and we have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend...and their packaging is excellent...never had a problem. Opa!!

I purchased these before when they were whole and intact with the pits, and they were terrific. With the pits removed, more of the olive is exposed to the brine and as a result, are just too salty even for my liking, and that's saying something. Also, the moment the pit is removed, the olive's flavor changes, and not for the better. Based on this recent change, I cannot recommend these olives at all.

This is my second purchase of this product, and it is as good as the first. I received a securely packaged jar of lots of flavorful, firm, unpitted kalamata olives. I have found my source of great kalamata olives through this seller.

These Olives are delicious. I own a small Mediterranean deli and was displeased with the quality of olives our previous supplier was providing us with.
