Watts K-25 Copper Icemaker Kit, 25-Feet

This item is very well made but most kits come with a compression sleeve for copper tubing, this kit did not. so it was another trip to the hardware store to get this part. Besides this it is worth the $

I will be honest I didn't use it as intended. I had extra parts but my homemade ice A/C works better than I expected.

I wasn't planning on using the puncture hook up (neither should you) so I can't review that. The tubing itself seemed to be thinner than other tubing I have found. Additionally, it arrived with a few "dimples" in the copper and was extremely prone to kinking. I ended up having to cut the tubing and splice a 10 ft section of (better quality) copper lines I bought at Home Depot to replace a section that was not usable.Honestly copper is the way to go, but you can get a 20 ft section of copper refrigerant line from home depot and a copper t fitting from home depot and it will be better quality, and more kink resistant tubing that this product.

Worked perfectly for installing an ice maker. I did not use the self piercing valve as I read they are prone to leak and instead created a T off the water line under my sink and ran the ice maker from that. The included connections worked well and the copper line was easy to run without kinking.

Kit arrived and was in great shape. I'm not sure what the 1 star reviewers received but my kit was heavy thick and flexible tubing perfect for my job. Take your time unrolling the tubing and you will not get any kinks. Arrived on time and in excellent condition.

I thought that I was getting 1/4 inch copper tubing. What arrived was 1/8 inch! This size is useless for me. Buyer beware.

We thought ahead to order this before we neede dto install our new refrigerator into our newly remodeled kitchen. Productworked great. Much better than a plastic hose. Especially, since it has to be run through new cabinets. Worked perfectly.
