Fits 98 international 4900 with Spicer manual transmission. No issues, worked for me. Cheaper than anywhere else.

Buy a couple you’ll need them just put three more
Bought three switches one lasted about a month second one when you hook the wires up and turn the key on the truck thought it was in reverse. Got the third one in now no problems.
