Impressed
I was an early adopter of Tile, thinking them a very useful concept: I'll never forget my wallet or medical bag again! Well, I was wrong - idea was sound, but Tile let me down far too many times and I was paying a subscription for them to tell me 20 miles too late that I had forgotten something. It may have been down to earlier Android versions' process management, or coupled with other factors, but I was highly unimpressed. This made me cautious about trying something similar again, and having been stung by Tile, I wasn't going to buy anything from them ever again (possibly unfair of me). Also, I have enough tedious subscriptions, and the lack of user replaceable batteries is pretty unforgivable (and no, going with their more "premium" product is not good enough). I am also not an iPhone user and never will be. Anyway, enough of me complaining about Tile. Chipolo ONE: they work well. I consistently get a chirp if I'm just a few meters away from my house (depending on Bluetooth range and how many walls between my phone and the tag), the app is nice and light, refreshingly no perpetual subscription fees, and when the battery dies, I can apparently replace it myself (we'll see about that...). I've so far been impressed enough to buy two more.

More than paid for itself on the first day!
For many years I've wished there was a key ring that I could just phone up to track down my keys when I mislaid them, I do it more often than most people it seems. And its here! though it uses Bluetooth rather than the network which is fine as distance wise as I usually have some inkling of the location of where they may be lurking. Did a bit of research before I decided on Chipolo and happy I made the right choice. It's range is good, as is the volume of beeper. A bonus is that you can reverse it to find you phone from your keys also. You can replace the batteries unlike others that are sealed for life and there is no subscription to pay. Oh yes, the first day I got them, I'd moved my car out of my field, shut and locked the gate, when back to my car which was blocking the road and found I hadn't got my car keys. Convinced I'd dropped them somewhere in the long grass i went back in the field and called up the Chipolo I could hear it beeping and walked around trying to get a fix on it, felt so stupid when I discovered they were in my wellie boot having missed my pocket and slipped between my overalls and trousers! I wouldn't have found them until I'd searched the field in vain, walked home and taken my boots off. And blocked the road for half a day! I wouldn't be without my Chipolo now. Value for money? definitely!

Good but could so easily be made better still
I recently bought one of these, mainly because I have left my backpack behind a couple of times and very nearly lost it. Hence I am particularly interested in the feature to sound an alarm on my phone when the Chipolo loses Bluetooth contact. I have tried Chipolo out for about a week now and would like to offer the following suggestions for improvement:1 I have tested the left-item-behind feature a few times now by deliberately leaving the token at home when I go for a walk to see how long/far I am gone before the alarm sounds. I find I get about 200 yards down the road at normal walking pace before the alarm goes off, clearly well beyond Bluetooth range, which normally ends soon after I go out of my front door. I infer from this that the Chipolo app is programmed to sound the alarm only after a time delay of perhaps 2-3 minutes. While I realize there is probably a reason for this, I (and perhaps others) would appreciate it if the time delay were configurable by the user.2 The alarm that sounds is not really loud enough to attract my attention in a busy place. I found a way to download a louder alarm sound and use that, but others would struggle to do so.3 I thought I read in one of the online reviews that the alarm could be programmed not to sound if the item were left at home. I cannot find any such feature. I have defined my home address as home, but test 1 above clearly shows this has no effect.Nevertheless, it is a brilliant idea and the only such product of its kind that I could find. I would not be without it, and might buy a second one for my suitcase.

These discs do not work for cats
These discs do not work unless they are in range of your phone bluetooth or home WiFi signal and even then the tracking app is not very accurate. If you attach it to your keys and they are inside your home, you can use the audible alarm to locate them (although on the map it may say they're in the street, or in a neighbours house, you can pretty much ignore the map function on the app).If you attach it to something that leaves your home (e.g. luggage or say a cat) It relies on all the other Chipolo apps "joining forces" to tell you were your disc is, and their simply aren't enough. I live in a city and I got no response to the search function. It is not GPS and when it is in range the accuracy is poor.We bought this because it didn't have a monthly subscription attached to it. False economy. Our cat lost its collar and although the disc was attached we have no idea where the collar is. Pointless. We're going to have to bite the bullet and get a tracker with a monthly fee.

Wouldn’t be without these
I bought this over a year ago, this one is attached to my car keys which I’m forever misplacing! Actually I’m a blooming nightmare for misplacing things so bought the multipack as well a few months ago! After 14 months use I’m still on the original battery, I get alerts on my iphone and Apple Watch if I’m out of range, very handy as I’ve got one in my bag and purse as well.I’ve got Chipolo linked to Alexa, so I say ‘Alexa, tell Chipolo to ring *name of tag* ie keys, bag etc.I’ve got Chipolo on my Apple Watch as well so I can ring my tags from that if need be.Honestly, I can’t fault them! I’ve never had any issues setting up or using them and they’re used all the time - too many brain fog days! The only thing I’d like to see is a waterproof one for my motorbike keys, apart from that, I love them

Very useful little product with excellent customer service
I got these tags after my grandson hid my car keys in a country pub and I had to get a train back to London because we couldn't find them. After eventually locating them I got a set of these tags and they proved very useful. They have have typical Bluetooth limitations for range and precision of location, but for what they are I think they are excellent. I have just started to use them to be able to locate my grandson in busy areas, where he tends to stray off. The two major upsides other than the basic functionality is that the batteries are replaceable with cheap 2032 lithium-ion discs, and the customer service is remarkably good. One of the units stopped beeping after a year but since there is a 2-year warranty, I was able to get a replacement. This was all achieved by email in the course of a day, day.and I have to say I have rarely come across such responsive customer service for such a cheap product.

Disappointing
I bought this to keep track of where our car is parked on our street. It works very well with my (Android) phone, but just doesn't really talk to my partner's iPhone - we've been through all the settings and help centre stuff. Thought we'd cracked it when we discovered the iPhone's activity app was disabled, but enabling it didn't fix it. Useless for the purpose we bought it for.

It just works
I lost my car key twice in 2019 and each time cost me around £200 to replace the key. invest £20-30 for a good key finder make good sense. The first product I came across was XY Findit, which does not work at all. I bought Chipolo and Tile Mate each and try them at home. Both Chiplo and Tile Mate claim to have 200 feet range. However, I find Chipolo is always connected around house and Tile Mate lost connection from time to time. My Tile Mate failed after two week and I sent it back for replacement. Tile Mate has more functions but some of them require further subscription. I find Chipolo more reliable for the job it is designed to do.

Easy and Small
Easy set-up. Good sound and small size to hide in compartments of an e-bike.

Ottimo prodotto

Poor product in comparison with apple airtag
It doesn't even update its GPS coordinates while I'm away unlike apple air tag. I'm unable to track where the item is at all! Not to mention they sent me a faulty one which I had returned.
