Useless
This is the worst product I've ever bought. The flat side that goes under the furniture slips out when you try to lift it. I ended up lifting the furniture muself (70 yr old woman) and putting the four rollers under it, but they kept slipping out. Don't waste your time or money on this.

No steering
This product doesn’t work on carpet if you try to move furniture. Also the wheels don’t turn of you try to stearing so is hard to work with it.

very cheaply made and won't roll on carpet at all
not happy with. Will not recommend. Cheaply made, very small clearance of wheels. Has to be a heavy piece on them to even get them to work together, if light, the wheeled pieces will not even stay under the item being moved. Overall poor review.

Rollers work, but not the lifter.
Used on a refrigerator and the lifter bent and didn't work. Used a crowbar to lift corners and the rollers work good. Had to roll it sideways thru a doorway.

I use it to lift a washer & dryer. Did not work. Cheap made. Money waisted and unable to return because the 30days pass
