Yes but it goes round your upper arm where the sensor has to be placed

Do these support hot tub use

Probably not. I’ve had one drop off after three days and one that has required much pulling to remove after 14 days. The ‘works’ are sensitive. I use an arm band that keeps it in place. Advice: don’t risk it in a hot tub.

Is this strap able to be kept on and worn in the shower. ??

I take it off in the shower and replace it straight after. Generally I find this really helps to stop the sensor being pulled off when changing clothes etc.
