Lifepro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine with 7 Training Modes

I bought this vibration plate for lymphatic drainage and also because of the claims that it helps with soreness and body aches. After using it, I can say it definitely does that for me. It’s going to feel weird at first, but once you do it once or twice, you get used to it fast. The vibration is strong and noticeable. I like that it has a 10-minute cycle and then shuts off automatically—though you can do less if you want. It does feel like it “moves” things in your body in a way I wasn’t expecting. You can adjust the intensity level and the direction (up, down, side to side). I started to notice that sometimes I itch after using it. Found out this is due to blood flow (circulation) being stimulated. One of the biggest reasons I keep using it is how I feel afterward. If I have body aches after using it for the full 10 minutes, they’re gone. I also like that it’s an easy add-on to my routine, even if it isn’t a replacement for lifting weights. It won’t completely replace weight training for shaping, but it does provide some toning support. For me, it works.

I do not work for Life Pro nor am I affiliated with Life Pro. I didn't get this beauty as a promotion, I purchased it from Amazon with our own money. With that being said, this is my honest review of using the LifePro for over a month now. Are all vibration plates alike? I'm no expert but I can tell you this one is much better than my low-end model. This unit is heavy providing sturdiness to support all the movement, plus to handle plus-size people as myself. I'm 5' 1" at 160 lbs. I feel my body receives more intensity of the giggling shaking the fat cells loose🤗 with the different direction the vibration platform moves. It's quick and easy to get started. Plug it in, the orange light stays on up front, you now have power. Press the power button which is the circle with the line in the center, right next to it is the tool wheel, press that once P1, twice P2, 3X P3 populates. These are the different program levels. My feet enjoy the feel of the built-in mat on top that's thicker than my lower in model. This beauty comes with lots of accessories and get this --->A lifetime warranty🙌🏾🏆. That is a big plus for me. When investing this type of money you should get a warranty because we all know things usually give out after your 30 or 90-day warranty. LifePro adding a lifetime warranty demonstrates their belief in and backing of their products. I mentioned that this 4D unit is heavy. When it arrived in the box, it took my husband and me to carry it in. Yet once you remove it from the box and the thick foam padding, you thank the Lord it has the two wheels on the side to maneuver it. It rolls smoothly even when making turns. Someone on the team had us over-the-hill people in mind. I have severe muscle spasms and I have used this system each night. It arrived April 23rd, 2026 I have not had muscle spasms during the night since using it. No, I had one last weekend but I wasn't in bed. I've actually not had to take my Flexeril 10 MG as often nor do I have to use my nighttime leg cream as often. When I rise I do my Tai Chi stretching, get on the Lifepro P2, then do my Tai Chi exercise, then P3 to start my day. After work I do my over 60 wall and bedtime stretches and P1 the relaxe followed by a warm shower ending with cool/cold water. Not Freezing. If something should go wrong with the system I will update you and let you know if LifePro actually does stand behind their warranty.

Reading just the good reviews, this seemed like a winner. Reading the bad reviews made this a leap of faith to pull the trigger. I’m currently glad I did. Let’s see how long that lasts. To speak to some of the problems in the bad reviews: 1) Bad remote range. Yeah, this is just the battery needing to be replaced. That happens to all remotes with a battery that is almost dead. My remote works perfectly fine. The range is fine. 2) It stops working after a while. I have two theories on this. 2a) When pushing the power cable into the machine, the area with the cable port didn’t feel solid. It had a lot of give to it and felt flimsy, which to be fair is weird that that one area felt that way because the rest of the machine seems solid AF. I’m afraid that pulling the power cable in and out of the machine every day will eventually lead to some form of internal loose connection. So I’m always going to leave the cable plugged in to the machine. But that presents a problem because with the power cable plugged in, you can’t really use the wheels to tilt it up and roll it around. So I’ll just have to pick it up and move it without using the wheels. 2b) Another thing that could lead to internal loose connections would be, you know, the vibrations. So I’m always going to use it on the mat they provided, and since that mat is pretty minimal all of that is going on top of my regular thick exercise mat, instead of leaving it on my hard garage floor. Hopefully that will help. We’ll see. Now regarding the benefits. I’m already pretty fit/flexible/yada, yada, yada. I bought this to see if it would help with recovery and tightness and maybe it would help lymphatic stuff and improve general health. I noticed three things IMMEDIATELY after the first night of using it. I should note that since I’m already pretty fit, I just used the 4d max vibration pattern and the highest speed level right out of the gate. I can’t remember if I did 5 minutes the first night or 10. But now I only do 5 minutes at a time because after that my brain says “That’s enough. Do something else”. Anyways, here are the three things: 1) I’ve had pretty constant tightness in the middle of my upper back. Constantly felt like I needed to arch my back and pull my elbows/shoulders back or turn side to side to crack my back to relieve the tightness temporarily. THAT’S GONE! AFTER THE FIRST NIGHT! And it’s stayed gone for three days now. Coincidence? Maybe. But all three of these being coincidences at the same time is hard to believe. 2) I used to stay asleep all night. Something changed recently. I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night for a while finding it hard to fall back asleep. After the first night, I didn’t wake up till the morning. The other nights since then have also been much better. I did wake up, but only very briefly and could fall back asleep easily. I have an Apple Watch, so I can track these sleep metrics with the Pillow app or Apple’s built in sleep tracker. 3) This one is more subjective, but I think my knees feel better than usual. All in all, I think it was worth the experiment and I’m glad I chose the machine I did. YMMV. We’ll see what other benefits I might realize. We’ll see if the machine stands the test of time.

I borrowed one of these in the past and really liked it. Just purchased one that was returned, "like new" but it was not- it was damaged and not working. Everyone knows Amazon tracks your returns to decide if they deem you a chronic returner- so I don't want to buy used anymore because getting broken stuff can still count against you as a return. Other than that it's a good product that I believe helps the vagus nerve and you will feel more relaxed and less stress. Lifepro states theres a lifetime warranty so that is helpful and I look forward to buying my next one brand new, as soon as my refund clears.

I like it. I set it up where I can stand in front of the TV while using it. Pretty easy to do 2 or 3 programs back to back while watching TV or doing some light cooking. If you pause it when it's running a program (for all of 15 seconds to take something off the stove) and then restart, it loses the calorie count and starts you back at zero which is weird - though it hangs onto the timer correctly. Not sure the calorie count is accurate but I hope it is. Since they say your body adapts very quickly to different motions, I appreciate the different mixes in the program to try and surprise my muscles. Would like if there were more but I just bounce around through the 10 minute programs. Kind of heavy - but I hope that means it's going to be sturdy and last. So far so good. This has to be great for circulation and lymph drainage - and it noted weight loss too. I let a friend try it who is far more familiar with exercise equipment than I am and they were impressed at how the vibrations move around targeting different muscle groups while your lazy butt just stands in one spot. Should be even more impressive if you incorporate the bands or exercises. I'd buy it again.

The Lifepro Rumblex Plus is a game changer for your daily routine and workout! I heard so many good things about the benefits of vibration plates that I knew I wanted to purchase one for myself. I also wanted to spend the money and go with the top-of-the-line product, which is why I purchased Lifepro. I love the curved design of the board. It offers a variety of positions for your legs to impact your body in different ways through different stances. I like to use the three preset programs in the plate settings. It’s very easy to use and super effective. My thighs feel completely toned from using it daily. It’s also great for lymph drainage, blood flow, and pain relief. It has wheels on one side so you can easily pick up and move it around as needed. I have hard floors, so the absorption pad that comes with it is very handy. I’d highly recommend this vibration plate for anyone who has been toying with the idea of purchasing one. It truly is top-of-the-line and offers a variety of settings, based on your needs.

I’m eighty years old and exercise got me here. I bike, hike and ski. Some days just aren’t as inviting weather wise, sometimes I’m busy and don’t have the time to get out. I knew that getting a vibration plate would be a good idea for those days. I’m sure glad that I got the best I could afford. It’s fun, and half hour sessions (three five minute routines separated by two rest breaks) are easy to fit in any day. It fits under my bed and is easy to slide in and out. The multiple modes and speeds, wide curved platform, accessories, speakers, wrist control and sturdy construction all will keep me enjoying this machine and IT should help keep me “young”!

Everyone in my family is using this! So I bought a massage gun and have been using it from my neck to my heels and mostly everywhere in between. I used it for about 45 minutes every day, because I have a lot of joint, muscle and nerve pain. I've been using this vibration plate for 3 days now, and today I used it for 10 minutes and my left leg still kind of hurt so I brought out my massage gun and I really noticed that (besides my left calf and ankle) my body didn't enjoy the massage gun as much as it usually does. Meaning, it didn't need the full 45 minutes to feel better with the massage gun. I'm not a profess at writing reviews, but what I mean to say is that I think the vibration plate is helping with my nerve and muscle pain and it will lead to less need from the massage gun. It's fun. My kid is a toe walker and has stiff calves and she is enjoying this machine (at a lower vibration, of course) and my husband has circulation issues and he is enjoying it too. It did make him very itchy while on it and I looked at chatgpt and it said it can affect histamine or something like that, but as soon as he stepped off the itchiness went away. It's just really interesting to see this one machine work in different ways for 3 people. I am definitely excited to see more long term results. It is large, so if you do buy it, make a specific place for it, would be my advice, but also somewhere that will motivate you to use it every day. I was wondering if it would be affected by being put on the carpet, but as long as it's short haired or however you call it, it seems to be just fine. We didn't even start with the mat underneath. It seems to be of really good quality and it comes with a bunch of stuff and a great booklet that gives you ideas of how to workout with it. There's also several videos on YouTube to walk you through a workout on these types of machine. The first day, I did feel a little sea sick but that went away quickly and I haven't had any issues after that. The only slight issue, which wasn't really one, but if I stop in the middle of a workout, I have to pause, turn it off and turn it back on to start another session which really isn't an issue and I haven't tried the bracelet or really felt the need to, but if you like that sort of thing than im sure it will be a plus.

Massively Impactful. Using just vibration mode stimulates the vagus nerve which assists your parasympathetic nervous system and just feels really good, and then the 4D mode engages muscles you didn't know you had. I have recommended this to everyone I know. Whether you want to increase your balance and stability or your strength and muscle mass this is a game changer. Lifepro's customer service is also amazing to deal with, I had an issue with my order and they addressed it immediately and I don't think I have ever had a faster, friendlier and helpful response - a total 10/10 for both the Rumblex Pro 4D AND Lifepro's customer service. Note: the 4D means it has the most directional movement options (up and down, side to side, vibration any any combination of those together) GET 4D!!! Not all brands offer this. Also, the 4D PRO has all sorts of extras that make this one the best all around system ( 4 tension bands , 2 tension straps, 4 resistance straps that simulate weights, 2 non stretchy straps (that help you balance and also engage your arms/upper body when you are standing, which would not happen with out straps), a wrist remote control, foam mat and various ankle straps and handles) as well as loads of online support and community. There is a reason it is not the cheapest. The quality is noteworthy. Of all the ones I researched this one stood out and I am so glad I splurged...I'd do it again without reservation.

this product just got is absolute amazing. was skeptical at first. but after jumping on it I felt my whole body telling me that this thing is what its missing all these years. it was so good for joints and muscles. muscles that dont get used much and are weak and in pain started feeling better after a few uses. rumblex was the strongest one thats why i bought it and they werent kidding it was strong felt from just the pulsation setting. there is so many uses for this too. from working out to just yoga stretches to recover after workout. i found other uses for it too. i do meditation on it using the pulsation setting. and it enhance my meditation making me more mindful of my body parts and my meditation time seems to go by quicker. if you on the fence dont be just buy you wont regret it. worth every penny. will be part of my routine for as long as this thing working and if it breaks down you got the life time warranty.

I absolutely love this lifepro vibrating plate. The quality of this machine so far appears excellent. I’m a nurse , so I’m on my feet a lot and I suffer with terrible swollen legs. I also get this when sitting down, which has been a real concern for me. I started to look into the best vibrating plates and this one kept popping up. Also I came across videos with Amber showing exercise etc so I decided on this one. I never really believe all the hype when people say things like “oh this has made a difference to my so and so on the first time I’ve used this machine, but, I can honestly say after only using it for one week my oedema in my legs has improve dramatically. Yesterday I went to work and I decided not to put on my compression socks just to see how I got on. Normally I leave off work after a gruelling 12 hour shift and my legs feel miserable, but it was amazing I still had ankles as opposed to kankles 😃 I’ve been on it twice in a day some times exercising or just standing on it as I find it really soothing on my muscles. I’m absolutely over the moon with this and I’m looking forward to building my exercise regime up to improve my general health and fitness. I hope this review helps someone because I know that I rely on other people’s opinions before purchasing any items off the internet.

Hat sich echt gelohnt, ich benutze seit ca 10 Jahren den Vibroshaper und dachte ich probiere mal den Testsieger aus 👍 Ist echt ein lohnender Unterschied . Wesentlich mehr Programme , intensiver und besser zu differenzieren (einzelne Programme) 👍
