Wanted to double the ram in my computer, while having nice RGB lighting. This ram set did exactly what i wanted. Doubled my ram, and connected fine with my MSI lighting software. No issues installing, worked immediately, but there is some tinkering required to get it to use third party lighting, but nothing super complicated. the lighting is very vibrant. The ram size profile is larger than most ram due to the lighting, but shouldn't be an issue if you have at least a mid tower. Quality is solid, and I have had zero issues with the ram since i installed it, and it's been a few years. Good about of memory for the price.

Purchased to replace G.Skill RAM that for some reason would not run in dual channel on the ASUS ROG Strix B550-F Gaming WiFi II motherboard with a Ryzen 5950x. Purchased the 32 Gig kit of DDR4-3600 it overclocked to 4000 easily, stable in memtest and AIDA64, without having to overvolt and mess with timings. The RAM is easy to Install and just go into the BIOS and enable XPM or D.O.C.P in the BIOS to get the rated speed. From this set and other Corsair RAM kits I have seen they make the RAM compatible with most systems. The RGB is nice, I love that if you are using any of the Corsair iCue fans, AIO coolers, Keyboards and mice you can set the lighting in the iCue software. you can also download profiles, and this guy Alex has tons of them on his site, you can find link in Corsairs community. Well worth the money for the product you are getting. I do recommend the Corsair VENGEANCE RGB PRO series DDR4 memory.

My ASUS x299 Prime motherboard experienced a problem with one of four sticks of Corsiar Vengence RGB (original) DDR4 memory, which would only run at 2133MHZ anyway, and I decided to replace all of it with the newer/faster Corsair Vengence RGB Pro DDR4 3600, 64GB in all. The 4 sticks of new memory came in matched pairs, necessary for dual-channel RAM on my motherboard. However, the four sticks together would not run at the claimed 3600MHZ. I I had to back off to 3467MHZ to get the system to boot, and I ultimately chose 3400MHZ to stay on the safe side. I have to suspect that only one of the sticks was not capable of running at the stated 3600MHZ but did not bother to try to figure that out. On the plus side, the new LEDS are way prettier than the original set!
