Hi Everyone, Well, I was skeptical over this product. But, it actually works! This will help put you right to sleep and it calms you down if your really stressed out or having anxiety. I told a friend, who also purchased this product after me, and he claims the same. Thank goodness for natural products like this, rather than having to go to a Pharmaceutical.
