Reliable. After 1year plus. Great value
Great unit. Just ordered another. Came on time. Works like original new unit. 4yrs almost. Great! Even the quality 9f the finish standing up well Update Sep25 Bought 4 over the yrs. Last buy was Jun22. All still going strong. We have 12 stations. Next time I'll take 3 to hold to replace some 20 + yr old units that have yet to go bad. We use am old Nortel system. I believe it runs ip now as modem now feeds it with 4 lines

Great Phone
We have these phones at work and we like them - the system, the functionality, etc. They are pretty expensive to buy brand new and decided to go with used ones - they work just as good the the new ones. Once you figure out how to use the system that these phones use to work, they are pretty simple to use and personalize.

These phones are pretty old but its in great condition. It is Ideal for small businesses and I recommend it.

Arrived broken with buttons stained brown from heavy use
Product is USED and not new as I expected. One of the two phones I ordered has a broken screen. For the price and the quality I absolutely would have purchased elsewhere for half of what I paid for this one. Shop around online and save yourself some money.

Excellent Product
Plugged unit into phone system and it booted, programmed, and started working within 5 minutes.

Not happy
These phones would not work and I tried repeatedly to contact the sender to return them. All I got Was a runaround telling me they would call me back, which they never did. So now I am stuck with four phones that I will never be able to use.
