Not the best flavor in the world, but I fall asleep pretty fast and I don't wake up groggy.

It works really well, so well that I will probably buy it again. HOWEVER, I truly hope they begin to make this in different flavors because I have to hold my nose while I drink it. Helps me fall asleep but not in a dramatic way that makes me feel groggy the next day. Doesn't give me weird dreams. It would truly be a 5/5 if the taste was better. Edit: I got used to the taste and really kind of like it now. But I probably went through at least 4-5 boxes before I was able to actually enjoy the taste. It works so well still, even after over a year of taking it 4-5 days a week, it deserves 5 stars. I wish it was a little less expensive.

These work great as a water enhancer. If you’re an athlete or just like to get out and enjoy life, you need to give these a try. They are a quick and tasty way to stay hydrated.

This flavor nis NASTY!! And I am not a picky person 😂. Works like any other liquid IV. Didn't seem to help me sleep.

This product works great it's just too expensive for the few packages you get so as much as I'd like to make this our go to product I'll be looking for another product that will work as good but cost half the price

I frequently use other Liquid I.V. flavors and decided to try this one to help me sleep. The taste is absolutely awful and I had to force myself to finish the water bottle. I slept thru the night but I experienced surreal dreams. I woke up drooling and groggy. I will not be trying another pack.

I love this product but it’s been discontinued. This vendor has some remainders which are good until July. I plan to stock up!

It works without making you miss your alarm in the morning or feel foggy the next day. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night hungry like I have with sleep aid pills. And plain ol’ melatonin pills have never really helped me fall asleep. The taste will grow on you. But I think it tastes best when I fill up my 40oz cup 2/3s of the way and drink most of it or leave half for the next evening. And it works wonderfully. Highly recommend. I always hear about how sleep type products cause xyz problems in the long run and really hope that this isn’t the case but I guess we will find out 😂
