How well do they stick to cars?

Haven't tried it. Just in some bookshelfs.

If i want to use this for a prank on my friends car. Will the stickers come off easily without ruining the paint?

You can use rubbing alcohol on top of them and it will take the sticky off of them, and be easy to get thwm off. It won't take the paint off the car either just the sticky off the stickers.
