If you evolve Pikachu on a different version and trade it back onto Yellow how come Raichu doesn't follow you around?

I've done this once. You can actually hear Pikachu cry as he's being traded over to the other game if the sound is on. If anyone is trying to complete the Pokedex, trade a Pikachu caught in the wild from a different game to Yellow. On Yellow you can then use a Thunderstone on that Pikachu.

i believe that most game boy game and game boy color game cartridge won't fit in till the game boy advance sp cartridge slot not one hundred percent sure on that

What is the difference between the game and the digital code edition?

The sellers don't know what they're saying. The digital code is for the 3DS. It is also possible using a modded 3DS and a Gameboy cartridge dumper to get your Pokemon all the way to Gen 7 with the exception of Mew. The only other benefit to the digital versions is on Crystal where you can now get Celibi officially.
