This is a great recovery disk. It functions fast. Great storage. Works well. Fairly priced. It's durable. Nice Design.

Misleading
After contracting a virus on my Macbook Air, the onboard recovery system was corrupted, I decided to use the MAC OS X Recovery Boot Disc CD System in an attempt to fix it myself (I got skills!). It was not a dependable resource for addressing my system's issues and not very user friendly with the instructions. The disc kept prompting me to load programs and foreign files onto the Macbook that had nothing to do with recovering the operating system. After several attempts, I ended up returning this product.

SCAM - Not at all as advertised
Complete garbage, and itโs not a boot disc at all! Itโs just a copy of a free program called Parted Magic that anyone can download for free to a thumb drive. This is a complete rip off and is being advertised as something else. DONT WASTE MONEY ON THIS SCAM GARBAGE!!!

I don't know what I'm doing with it yet. (Just bought 1st iMac) I want to simply do a fresh restart . If someone is kind enough to shoot me the process I'd be really appreciate it , -5 Astra because it has everything needed to recover , clean. Part, clone. . Too much for my needs I need the something for dummy's . Researched the disk and top sites and respected people in the field say its the best put these Google it! -PS IM AT [email protected] it you can get my osx back from Linux, it would save me so much aggregation Many Thanks
