The most gentle of movements makes a terrible cacophony.Pros: Slick setup, nice quality of materials. Seems like a bed you could own for a good number of years.Cons: The noise, it's downright loud. Not even rolling over, but rather gentle adjustments, creates sound loud enough to wake me up. Earplugs are must every night. Minor quality issues complicated the assembly process... *by O***D on Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2014* Our previous low-end angle-bracket bed frame was warped and cracked, and our smallish room space didn't allow us to get anything that would have been larger than the bed, so after reading positive reviews and researching the manufacturer's web site, we ordered this.Item arrived quickly via FedEx. The box is too heavy for one [normal] person to lift (though the FedEx guy who left it at our door must have moved it himself); be sure you have assistance getting it in. After removing the external straps, two cardboard end-caps come off of the carton, and then the carton top conveniently just lifts off; much nicer than the usual large item unboxing (usually having to cut and hack at multiple tape and staple points).I love the installation process: most everything just "clicks in"; the only real need for an assembly tool was the extra reinforcing bolts on the legs (called "gliders" in the installation guide). The instructions included are not quite sufficient... they're good, but the viewing angles of pictures just didn't quite give us everything we needed. I highly recommend searching for the 2-minute YouTube video and watching these guys put it together; after watching this (twice!), we had no problems knowing "what part went where".Unfortunately, there were some issues getting the assembly completed, but they were relatively easy to solve. One of the "click buttons" was slightly bent/flattened and required "re-rounding" by use of some pliers; two places required use of a Dremel tool to remove extraneous burrs which prevented insertion of parts; and one of the slats was SO way too long that it required (in my opinion) excessive use of the mallet to force it in, and actually ended up bowing the frame slightly.Even with the small assembly problems, we had this installed and mattress-ready in under an hour. Once installed, it is VERY sturdy and provides great storage space underneath.
