I don’t usually leave reviews for my purchases. However, I couldn’t be more pleased with this fountain! The company we use for pond maintenance was going to charge me $1700 plus labor to install a similar product. This fountain was easy to install and is absolutely “plug and play.” We have a 1/4 acre pond and this particular fountain looks perfect. Will definitely update review if I see a noticeable clearing of the pond water. Definitely recommend.

I have had this fountain for the summer now and this is a good fountain for a 1/4 acre pond, it works well and has a decent amount of spray. The only reason it's not five stars is because there is a filter box on the pump and pretty much falls off right when it hits the pond, now I had to pay for a replacement even though they knew it falls off easly. They told me they are looking into it and looking into tethering it with the pump. So if you buy this fountain, zip tie the filter box to the pump. Learn from my and there mistake. Other than that enjoy it, cause it does the job.

I bought this hoping to use it not only for a decorative piece in my pond but also to keep water moving and help with fish life. In the year that I have had it, it has worked amazing. I run it for few hours daily on a timer. I tried running it more but the power bill was crazy high. I have about a 1/4 to maybe a 1/3 acre pond that the deepest parts are 9'. This fountain doesn't move the water that deep but it is defiantly making a difference in the overall condition of the pond. Fish are more active, Moss is down significantly, and it feels like I have less misquotes. We are able to set on my deck approximately 30 yards away in the evening and enjoy it now. In conclusion this fountain does what they say it does and it does what I wanted one to do so I recommend this product greatly! Side note: Instructions say to remove fountain during winter months to keep from freezing. I did NOT do this this past winter. In central to southern Illinois the winter was pretty mild and pond never froze more then 4-5 inches. I was worried about the fountain but when spring came around I turned it back on and it works just as great as the day I bought it.

The u it arrived in a timely manner; however, that is the only good new to report. The unit is heavy and cumbersome making it difficult to maneuver to the center of a pond. The descriptor the product is misleading and should be read with the utmost caution. The ad on Amazon states the product (SF 100) is “perfect for all sizes of ponds and lakes”. It is NOT! The cord for the fountain is only 100 feet in length and there is no option for a longer cord. I ask the company for an additional al cord but they told me that the product doesn’t properly function with longer cords ao they don’t sell them. So how is this fountain “perfect for all ponds and lake”? It is NOT! As the fountain was too small for my pond, I tried to return it. What they don’t tell you on the Amazon site is that all returned are subject to a 50% restocking fee. I was not informed of any such fee u til I printed my Amazon return label. I would have neve ours based the fountain had I been aware of this charge. I called the company and they would not budge. They claim that once the fountain. Is opened and/ or used, the fee applies. Again, there is nothing on their Amazon page that indicates this deceptive and unethical policy. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They do not stand behind their product and they use deceptive and misleading information to promote their product.

I thought it was well designed and easy to put together. Took me about 20 minutes to get everything all set up. The true test will be the duration of the pump. Only time will tell. Overall great experience from the purchase, delivery and setup.

Beware of Return Policy !!!! I did not read the fine print and found out the return policy is 50% if box was opened I bought the SF25 because the description said it was for a small pond, one of my ponds is about 50ft. by 50ft. so the description and pictures looked like it may be a good fit, well I was not happy with the look once I put it in the water, it was a pretty sad display, so I called the company to see it I could just exchange the pump for a larger size, not going to happen unless you want to give up 50% of what you paid, I tried to reason with them asking how anyone would know what the display looked like without putting it in the water, they did not care, they were willing to exchange it but it would cost me 50% of my purchase price, if your going to buy this make sure you know what it will look like, do not rely on the pictures shown.

Wish it was bigger for the money . There really isn’t much to it not sure why it’s so much money .

Fountain is beautiful and so easy to set up. Spray was even larger than I’d hoped. I had a question and the reps emailed me back quickly. Very pleased.
