Armarkat Cat Bed with Flower Pattern, Beige

First and foremost, this product is cat approved by both of our very picky old girls. We got it for our mostly outdoor kitty, who has been forced indoors at night, begrudgingly, by the cold weather. We originally thought to put it on the sheltered front porch, but we wanted to check it out indoors at first to make sure that either cat would go inside. We waited......and waited....nothing other than a passing interest. And then one night, one of the cats jumped in and curled up. Suddenly, this cute, warm house/igloo/bed became the hottest attraction in the living room. Territorial disputes ensued. Long story short, there is another one in my shopping cart right now.Aside from what the cats think, I like the quality construction, good looks and smart design with the removable cushioned pad inside. Two thumbs and four paws up.

I have a 14 year old calico that has FIV and has had many surgeries over the past 3 years. When I seen this little bed I was skeptical as to whether she would use it or not. But, I figured if she didn't like it, one of the others would. (I do rescues, so I have many kitties). She loved it and climbed right into it as soon as I put it in her room. The pillow that comes with it is nice and plush and pretty thick. The outer part of the bed is thick too, so it doesn't collapse when she's not in it. I was concerned about that part, because when they ship it, it's smashed down and really flat, so I didn't think it would restore itself to hold it's shape. It did! It was a good purchase and I'm considering buying more.

Our cat does not like it! Even with the Kitty Pot sprinkled on the inside. May not be long enough for him; but he's not what you would consider big. The construction is fine & I rec'd it in a timely manner, tho.

This product has the most nauseating, putrid chemical smell I've ever experienced. I have it airing out in a spare bedroom, hoping the odor will fade, or else I'll send it back. I sure wouldn't expose my cat to this product the way it is. I'm not sure why this hasn't been mentioned in previous reviews... I can't imagine I have the only one like this.

I actually got this for my small Shih Tzu, who loves to sleep in a crate; however, the crates are not really attractive and kind of bulky. This is a lot prettier and smaller. I can stick it on the bed or beside me on the sofa and she curls up in it. The only downside is that both of my Shih Tzus can't get in it at once!

This bed calms my girl kitty down and makes her feel safe. I agree with the other customer that it is much bigger than it appears in the picture, which is nice even though my cat is on the smaller side. And that the pillow inside is super soft. My cat goes in and kneads first before sleeping in it. You can take the pillow out and wash it. My computer made it look like it was more pink colored but it's actually more beige/tan which is nice and neutral. I think it's a good design and a good price!

My cat uses this occasionally. I gave it only 3 stars because I thought the material on the outside was more of a faux fur, but its more of a plastic type of material. Feels and looks cheap. However, the price was cheap

This is the second of these Armarkat beds that I’ve purchased. I bought the beige with flowers pattern this time because it was on sale and it is much cuter in person than it looks in the photo. I got this second one because my kitties were both wanting to be in it. It is soft, cozy, and washes well. This time, I noticed a chemical smell when I first took the bed out of the bag and thought I would maybe wash it before giving it to the kitties, but after it aired out for a couple hours, the kitties were eager to get in it and the smell had dissipated.
