I'm usually bouncing around from sample pack to sample pack to find the "right coffee" for me, but this hits my needs right on the head. It's not at all bitter or acidic, but instead, it's super-dark and roast-y with a damn good flavor profile. I drink my coffee black, and even if I didn't, I'm not sure what else I'd want added to this. Suffice it to say I'll be ordering this for a good long while. The price isn't bad at all, especially when I factor in the enjoyment (and peace of mind, I suppose) I get from knowing I'm going to be brewing a really good cup of coffee in the morning.
