I drink a cup of chamomile tea every morning, and this is my go-to brand. It has a crisp, light flavor, smells lovely, and is just an all-around pleasant way to start my morning.

Now I am not one for herbal type tea, let me say that first off, I purchased these as I have a few ear piercings and read that chamomile is good for helping sooth and heal them. Hubbie tried them and loved them and I have to say I am a convert, they are very refreshing and clean tasting. My only negative is they are individually wrapped in paper which has plastic in it so not recyclable as far as I am aware so that is the only downside as too much plastic in the world!!
