I got the 42u model. This thing is sick! At first, i thought it was a little too big. The more i looked at it realized it was perfect. 1 thousand isn’t cheap but its worth it in my opinion. Metal construction is great, i didnt receive any damaged pieces or materials. Instructions were decent, not the best. I suggest watching a YouTube video and use instructions. Functionally, its great no issues with any electrical components. I definitely recommend. This may or may not happen to you. The rack comes in 5 boxes. I recieved 4 at first. I thought they they didnt send one or fedex forgot to drop the 5th one. The last box came in a second truck an hour later. The 42u is like 8ft. If thats too tall for you, consider 37u or less. Also its not pre built. You have to build it. Be patient its worth it.

We purchased this item almost exactly one year ago - around Thanksgiving in 2023. Our project got delayed and the item stayed packed in storage for almost a year. When we started unpacking and installing the components I noticed that one of the boxes it came in which contained the back and front doors was missing from the overall package. There were supposed to be 5 total packages and only 4 were present. I contacted the seller and they promptly replied and shipped the missing package - that is almost a year after the original purchase of the product! As far as installation, it did take a couple of hours, but it was generally straightforward. There were no electrical connections to be wired within the cabinet itself. Fans and display were already wired. The product itself is very sturdy, has an appealing look and is able to house a ton of equipment! A solid product!

arrived in 5 boxes undamaged and it made it easier to manage. The rack had extra screws and bolts. The assembly only took a few hours with only me putting it together. The power strips (2)that are rack mountable only have outlets on one side and to use them requires that the outlet side has to be facing the inside of the rack. The unit works perfectly and the fans on top keep the system cooler then expected for an enclosed system. The installation guide was brief and picture based which made some of the install a guessing game and a few times, I had to uninstall and reinstall a piece. It also came with a few extra pieces that were not in the installation guide including something that looks like a full sized shelf {?} but doesn't install as a shelf. I would highly recommend this Rack and this manufacturer to anyone that asks.

I did not know this cabinet needed assembly. It took a bit to put together. The tempered glass door is somewhat nice, but means you might want to limit where it is located.

If you are used to the typical dull black steel rack... this one looks like it has racing stripes. Customer seemed to like it and the gear fits great, so I think it's a win. It is not easy to assemble. It will take some time and ships in about 8 different boxes.
