These lights are great! Best of all you can adjust them to fit your needs! I also love the timer on the light. It turns on and off every 12 hours making keeping the light on very convenient! 10/10 recommend! Plus my plants started growing so much more after I put these lights on them!

The fact I now have 3 of these should say something lol. I only had 2 at the time of the video. The plants have definitely grown and multiplied. I over planted with all my new Amazon finds lol. And I have a VERY green thumb. So some things I like... +the clip, It's big and sturdy so easy to attach to things and stays in place on the "right" surface. +you know before you let go if its not the "right" surface. +The fact I can control the brightness of the lights both up or down. +has a timer I can control with the click of a button. Has multiple settings 4hr, 8hr, 12hr, constant on. +I can use 1, 2 or all 3 of the light bars at the same time. Obviously I'm growing plants and want them all on but I love the fact I have choice/ options and easy control of them. The little control box is easy to push using light tough and is very user friendly. So much so you probably do not need to read the instructions that are provided. +Nice bright clear white color light unlike in your face florescent bright. +easy to adjust the angle of the light bars. +doesn't get off balance. +sturdy very well made. I'm not personally a big fan of everything coming out as USB for power. This came with the plug in wall adaptor. Right on. Ehhh maybe not. Now for my dislike on the product and how to word it. The lights and all parts stayed a "normal" temperature while plugged in and on/working. The adaptor that plugs into the power got a lot warmer than I would have liked it to. I'm not an expert so I don't know if it was a faulty or cheep adaptor and might have worked fine on another adaptor? I really don't know, i do know I'm not a big fan of the unknown epically when it comes to electrical and things that can be dangerous. Again I really like the lights so wanted to try something to feel safe before giving in and returning it which became them. I chose to buy a power strip with USB ports (right here on Amazon). So so SO very glad I did. It has fixed my problem and I use my lights 12 hrs a day. Woohoo! As you can see the strip is for 2. Since I now have 3 lights i needed another strip... perfect excuse to need another light right hehehe Happy gardening and make it a great day Oh...Ps... on the wall adaptors 2 of the 3 got to heated for my liking. That being said in all honesty I never took the 3rd one out of the box. Happy with my alternative. Love my lights

Worked great until this past week it’s been flickering when turned on and the light goes in and out. I’ve tried multiple outlets and it still happens. Lasted a year and a half

This grow light seems great, I haven’t had it very long so I will update in a few months after I’ve decided if it actually works as a grow light. It has a bright output, the arms bend very easily. The shelf I have it clipped too is very smooth (old wood smooth, not paint smooth) so when I adjust the arms the clamp does slide a little, so I just made sure I I had a good hold on it. It also might be that I clipped it vertically rather than horizontally. Not really a flaw, I think it’s expected if you’re trying to move and bend the arms. The timer (4,8,12 hrs) works, I have it set to 12 hours. Being able to adjust the brightness is great also. Where I have it gets REALLY good light for about 4 hours (not good enough for certain plants though) so sometimes will dim the brightness during that time if I’m home and available to. My only real complaint is that the plug in cord isn’t very long. I have the light about 6 ft off the ground, but that’s the absolute furthest I could do with the cord. I didn’t take any stars or anything away for that reason though…it might just be something that bothers me because I have really tall ceilings. Overal, a great product! Hopefully it actually has great output for my plants.

The Ghodec Grow Light is very useful in winter. I bought a fern from Home Depot that started to die. I placed it in the house, but that did not stop it from wilting and to die, so I bought the Grow Light, placed the light in my basement, and periodically placed the fern under the Grow Light. The Grow Light has several settings that allows it to put red light, blue light and white light on the fern. The fern survived mostly. I had to get rid of the death stems and leaves, but once I did that, and kept it under the light. The fern started to grow back. I placed the fern outside in the sun room without heat in Spring, and it grew back..

Got this a couple weeks ago and im so happy with it! I’m actually about to buy a second one due to wanting to get more plants. I got it originally because my new apartment gets little sun light and my plants were beginning to wilt. It has several different brightness features, 3 timer settings which works great and I love that I can basically stick it anywhere. The clamp is tight and holds on great even with cats that like to knock it around. It’s great that you can twist and adjust the lights however you see fit. Super happy with it! UPDATE 12/21: I still love this light! I have purchased others just to test them out and I'll be honest this one has been the only one that I have yet to have issues with. Plants are happy, I'm happy.

I bought this to use as a grow light for my salamander tank but it hasn’t worked very well. I’ve set the timer to 12 hours at 9 am and it’ll turn off and turn on, on its own, for about two days then I’ll go in the room where the tank is in the evening and the light won’t have turned on all day. This has happened several times. I just started setting an alarm on my phone and turning it on and off manually. It is bright and the plants seem to be doing fine so far. -UPDATE- I’m an idiot and forgot that our power had surged several times over a couple weeks, so I had to manually turn the light back on, which obviously reset the timer... I can’t believe I didn’t realize that at the time but here we are. Since then the light has come on at the appropriate time without fail and my plants are spitting out new leaves! Also since it’s LED there’s no heat which is nice.

This is too small to have any effect on the plants.

The clip on base is handy and its easy to move the arms about to where they need to go.

Stopped working after two months. Don't waste your time.

The light just switches off every hour or so. So throughout the day you need to keep putting it back on. The timer doesn’t work. Would have been better if it was just a regular one without a timer so that it does not just switch off every little while

The brightness is good. The light doesn't come with a wall socket adaptor, nor does it tell you what level is required to support the light. The timer stopped working within about 3 weeks, I come in in the morning and have to manually turn it on - useless for when I'm travelling. Would not recommend.
