These are great !
Why did you choose this product over others?:These are great! I've only got one leg that needs treatment, so I alternate the packs. Think they are helping my long term shin splints. Good to be able to walk around therefore stretching the muscle as well as cooling. If you have both legs that need treatment then buy 2 pairs and you will always have a pack ready in the freezer. I found that I don't need a towel between the pack as the ice is ok on my skin and its cooler.

Easy to use and effective.
Re usable self strapping ice/heat packs. I’m a 60 year old, slightly overweight man who runs 4km every day with a 5km parkrun on Saturday. Recently, for the first time in my life, I’ve developed shin splints. Incredibly painful and debilitating. The path to recovery and running again includes ice packs. 20-30 minutes, every few hours. These packs are spot on. Freeze, use, back in the freezer and repeat. No leakage and multiple (at least 20) uses by now. Their Velcro straps keep them in place (over a thin towel) and are very easy to use with plenty of room for my manly calves.

Feel great after a long run.
Lots of conflicting arguments about cold/compression treatments when it comes to recovery.I tend to use this immediately after my runs, then sit in my normatec boots/wear my compression sleeves afterwards. The only thing I would say is they do not keep cold for too long but that suits me, as I wear them bare.
