Penn Indoor Pickleball Ball

I recently purchased a set of indoor pickleball ball, and they have quickly become a favorite for our indoor games. The quality of these ball is impressive, with a durable construction that withstands intense play without showing signs of wear. The material used strikes the perfect balance between firmness and bounce, ensuring consistent and reliable performance on indoor courts. One of the standout features of these indoor ball is their precise design. The holes and smooth surface contribute to a predictable flight path and controlled bounce making each game enjoyable and competitive. The performance is exceptionally well on indoor surfaces, maintaining their trajectory and providing a great playing experience. They come in a bright and vibrant color that are easy to spot against various indoor backgrounds, reducing the change of losing them during fast-paced games. This is especially helpful in ensuring continuous and engaging play without interruptions. Overall, these indoor balls are a fantastic choice for any enthusiast. They offer durability, excellent performance, and high visibility, making then an essential addition to your pickleball gear. Whether you’re a casual play or a serious competitor, these ball will enhance your experience. Highly recommended!!

These balls are great! I mostly play indoors at the local Y. It has been a challenge to find a ball that everyone likes and has a color that doesn't blend in with something else. Well, these are the winners. The balls play consistently and hold up well. 99% of the people who have played with them comment on how well you can see them! So far only 1 person has complained and it was just an excuse for poor play. Buy these and you will not be disappointed. Several people I play with have already bought these since playing with them.

great color, good quality

These balls have the most visible color for my (aging) eyes. Important for not always well-lit indoor courts. They are less bouncy than most: a personal preference for sure. However, they start developing soft spots and then small cracks growing from the holes, after about 3-5 days of use. They are not very durable.

Bought these balls for the start of the indoor pickleball season. Most players request these red colored ball, as they provide the best visibility with indoor (gym) fluorescent lighting for most (except for some colorblind) players. Initially didn't like the noticeable seam along these Penn Pickleballs but they excellent bounce and all have lasted many weeks (so far) without any cracking. It's the most requested color and ball in my (3.0-4.5) pickleball group.

I haven't used these balls yet, but I already know a raised seam affects the way a ball plays. I like that they aren't that thick plastic like some balls, so I am hoping they have good bounce and play fast...but if that raised seam affects how they play, I will be returning them, which would be unfortunate because I specifically bought these because of their color. Two stars for value for my money. Put less money in your fancy gloss packaging and more money in the manufacturing of your product. **UPDATE** As much as I love the color, I ended up returning these balls. They started out great and were the balls of choice among my group of approximately 20 players because they played well and were super easy to see indoors. Unfortunately after only 2 and a half hours of play, they were soon disguarded because they became soft and lost their bounce. It was very noticeable with a drop serve. The Onix Recruit Indoor Pickleball Balls that I bought before these are still being used and have excellent game play.

So far these are my favorite pickleballs. They are easy to see and seem to be very durable. Everyone I play with comment on how much they like the color. I stepped on one and thought I broke it but it resumed shape and play continued. We have played with the same ball for about 8 hours of court time and still no problems!

This ball is perfect in the gym. Lighting makes all other color balls difficult to see but this ball is the perfect orange and can been seen perfectly. The ball is quite durable as I smack mine 3 days a week out on the court. : ). The ball has the perfect bounce. It is not too bouncy and is not a flat bounce. A perfect blend of bounce off the floor and off the racket. Highly recommend this ball for my fellow pickle ballers!

Bought for our club and still in use 1 month later, would recommend.

Bonne balle mais elles devient molle assez rapidement

Used many different brands. The last I had were blue Franklins which were/are great but the wall at our court is the same colour so difficult to see sometimes. These are super nice - solid, bounce and most importantly I haven’t split one yet

Not impressed. I intentionally bought “PENN” brand pickleballs. I understand that “HEAD” brand bought them out but the item pictured/listed/advertised here was the PENN balls. I received my package of 3 but in HEAD brand cardboard packaging and only 1 of the 3 balls was in fact PENN brand (which in my mind is superior in look and feel). HEAD brand balls have a distinct seem and are a harder slicker plastic. PENN brand is seamless and has a softer grippy texture. Since I’d purchased both brands of balls at the same time from different Amazon vendors I didn’t pay much attention to attention when I opened the package and proceeded to label and use said balls. Only discovered the error when the other set of pickleballs arrived a few days and were HEAD brand as well. I was confused then very disappointed. I feel like it was a bait and switch type thing. And can’t return them because I’ve already labelled them with my name.

Product is just ok, very expensive compared to other retailers. Seller had inaccurate product info listed at time of purchase (quantity and price), definitely look elsewhere. Very long shipping time, even with prime. I would not recommend pricing as high, and I’m sure there are better options available as far as retailers go.
