Why do I get a reading of 0.0 (level) when display faces me and .32 from the same exact spot when I simply turn the level around facing back of level?

Thank you for you feedback, the change in the data may be because you just hit an uneven place, you can try a few more times, if the data is still inaccurate, we will replace it for you for free

Who do I contact for warranty bought it on Oct 29 now it shows low battery with new batteries?

Hi, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this purchase caused to you. Please contact us through Amazon with your order ID and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

Dear customer, this digital level is not waterproof.

Does this work it's back/side (display facing the sky)? I have a level I use on the ground and would be nice if I could read from above.

No, it won't work. The display side needs to be vertical to the ground.
