comes with a missing piece
I ordered the Hemocue because a new one cost like $1700 dollars. I thought I would give it a shot since the machine is self calibrating and just needs to work. I got the package containing the reader and the power cord but the little movable piece that you place the blood sample is missing. I am buying this to replace an old one so technically, i can just recycle the part but if I didn't have an old machine, I would be stuck with a machine that I can't use. Also, the picture shows the machine in a new box, but what i got was just the reader and power cord in an Amazon box.
