I was hoping from reading the great reviews that this would be the one item that stops my wife's snoring. Not so fast. After using it for over a week it did not touch my wife's snoring. Oh well, we tried.

My husband & I have been using this for the past couple of years so that we could finally sleep in the same room once again! Just 6-8 drops right before we turn off the light keeps him quiet. If he very occasionally has any break-through snoring, I can easily give him another dose & that almost always solves it! Plus we took him off of all glutens & that stop his tremendously loud, deep-sleep “freight-train” racket, so these drops do the rest :-) ALSO found that they prevent me from having one of those very occasional, but VERY sleep-startling “snorts” right after drifting off to sleep when I put my adjustable bed in its “zero-gravity” position (w/ head propped up). THRILLED to find such & ordering more!!

Didn't work at all. Waste of money

Saved my relationship. Only downside is when taken an hour before bedtime and at bedtime, it seems to stop working in the middle of the night and need to be taken again when sleeping 8 hours.
