We were able to update the appearance of our bathroom while keeping our simple polished-edge mirror. These did not include installation instructions. Here's what we did: 1. Installed the bottom clips where we wanted the bottom of the mirror to go (use a level!) 2. Set the mirror in the bottom clips 3. Placed the top clips where they should go and drilled a tiny pilot hole (while holding the mirror in place) 4. Removed the mirror to drill larger holes and put the anchors in the wall 5. Looks like a totally beautiful bath now. These little clips saved me a lot of money. I ordered the brushed nickel for my other two baths. I highly recommend this product. These new brushed-nickel mounting brackets are so much nicer, in both appearance and function. Even better, they align perfectly with the existing screw holes.
