Great Quality d3 supplement with K's that was recommended by my doctor as an alternative to my current routine. This product contains two types of K's if you read the label. This product contains pure ingredients and you do not have to worry about containments. Very happy with it. Ease to use, no taste afterwards, good value (combo pill).
