Fab alternative
Great for my breakfast and gentle on my tummy with having no gluten. Very low sugar but still a great . Great value for money and tastes so good. They are great for baking with too.

Perfect Healthy organic breakfast
Love these and also the other variety amisa offer , I have these with Greek yoghurt and they are delicious and the bag is perfect and value for money , I’m diabetic so the health benefits are great for my breakfast options , would highly recommend these , you can slightly sweeten them with a drizzle of maple syrup if needed

I love these flakes , similar to what I used to buy in the 80s but no longer available, so I bought these and I will buying again very tasty .

Delicious organic spelt honeyed flakes, don’t go soggy in the bowl ! A great start to the day . Actually, good at anytime .

A little worried
I don't seem to be able to get hold of the seller. But having put some of these on some granola and some milk I finished it. I started to cough, every minute or so. Didn't feel like something stuck but cough kept on and became more insistent, like something stuck. Big cough and out popped a piece of the spelt. It was not dry nor was it the granola and then another small bit as coughed again. Never happened to that to me before and unsure why it did that but obviously a piece had got stuck and didn't want to move. So am now worried. I also notice that there is 0.8 of salt which is quite a lot for an organic item as we should be trying to lower salt content. Beans have 0.9 and they have too much. That is why only 3. Hope I can get hold of the seller must be something that all but glued itself to my throat, so what it is? We don't need that.
