Great watch
Amazing value. Perfect size for a 7+ inch wrist. Light weight, great looking and comfortable. This is by far the best nylon strap I have ever owned.

Amazing value, USA movement, Sapphire and titanium. Accurate and elegant.
I really enjoy this watch. It’s simple but so impressive. I have no concerns with spring bars breaking or the crystal scratching. It’s lightweight, elegant, accurate, simple and inexpensive for what you are getting. Yes, it has its issues. Seconds hand isn’t perfect with every second and the case finishing could be better. Between the lugs you can see a lack of finishing. A simple pass with a mill or sandpaper before bead blasting would have fixed this. As far as the seconds alignment, it doesn’t bother me either. I love it for its quarks honestly. Looks great on multiple straps. The included strap is of great quality. Very rigid yet pliable. I don’t have many quartz or true beaters. This one fills these rolls well. I haven’t been able to remove it from my wrist since my order arrived. Since I received it, I’ve only lost a few seconds. It’s been weeks now. I’m alright with this. I highly recommend this specific watch and look forward to more Bertucci watches in the future.

Simply perfect
This watch is no-frills and no nonsense. The titanium construction, sapphire crystal, 200m water resistance and quartz movement make this a light-weight, worry-free work horse. I also have the Bertucci A-4T, but I really think I prefer the size of this one much more. The 42mm case combined with a 22mm strap makes this watch wear very comfortably on my 6.5" wrist. Very legible at a glance. I'm very pleased with my purchase. This is an incredible value for the money, and well worth it. If you're on the fence, take a chance. This is a great field watch.

Comfortable & affordable, looks expensive! Nice 42mm. Easy to read at night, even when driving!
All American made, even the 3 jewel movement. Got a great deal on this one with a discount and a gift card saved $100. Outstanding watch, photo shows it’s beauty! Happy 4th everyone!

Looks and feels solid
I started nerding out on entry level watches several months ago. This is the third watch I bought after a casual and a dressier one because I wanted something to wear to the gym. It is by far my butchest watch. My wife is literally more attracted to me when I wear it. She's a former stylist, and she really likes the utilitarian, industrial chic. I was afraid it would be too clunky on my wrist, but it's not. If anything, the dial is smaller than I imagined at 42 mm. And something about the shape of the case hides its 14.5 mm height. There ain't nuthin' purdy about this watch, which is great. It's the watch I wear to work out, and it's what I'll take on vacation when I go camping, hiking or swimming in the ocean. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the lume. I have a watch in the same price range that I can read all through the night. This one, however, doesn't always make it into the wee hours. It might not be that big a deal to you. But for a field watch I plan on taking camping, it's an issue for me. This is why I took a star away.

If I Could Only Have 1 Watch . . .
I have four Bertuccis, and my wife has one (her work in the garden, can't hurt it watch). I also have a Rolex and a number of other good watches. If and when people ask me what watches I recommend, I say, "if I could only have one watch, it would be a Rolex or Bertucci." The Rolex should be great for the price, and it is. However, Bertucci watches cost between about $100 and $500, and are worth every penny. Mine have been extremely durable and water resistant. They are also very comfortable, and IMO come with perhaps the best Nato/Zulu strap available. And, while some say they just have an inexpensive quartz movement, mine have kept flawless time. I have both an A-11T Americana and a A-4T Super Yankee Illuminated. I absolutely love the tritium lume of the A-4T. However, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase either again. I highly recommend Bertucci watches! (PHOTOS - Both watches in photo are shown with Bertucci leather bands I purchased later, and the single watch is my A-4T Super Yankee Illuminated on its original Bertucci nylon strap.)

You can feel the step up in quality from bertucci’s already stellar feel.
The Americana series are a step up in quality for sure from the 2t’s (of which I have two). I immediately felt the difference in build quality when I picked it up. The Americana series also looks classier without sacrificing toughness than the a2t’s. In regards to the second skipping others have referenced, Mine has that well but it does not bother me as it is common on quarz watches and if you really want to make sure that doesn’t happen either but mechanical or go grand seiko (for over $5,000).

A Lightweight Bruiser of a Watch.
Having bought the Bertucci A-2SEL watch through Amazon a week earlier and had some difficulty in reading the dial (thanks to my poor eyesight), I decided that I would take another punt and go for another watch in their range with the easiest to read (in my opinion), white on black dial ... and the A-11T is it. It is only 2mm wider in all directions than the A-2 case shape, but that does make for a much bigger, chunkier feeling watch body. However, being made from titanium (as opposed to stainless steel), it is actually a fair bit lighter than the smaller A-2S(EL). That makes it something of a 'lightweight bruiser' of a watch! Before saying anything more about it, I have to add that (unlike with my previous Bertucci through Amazon), this time things did not go so well. Apart from the 8 day delay before the vendor even dispatched the watch, when it eventually arrived it was clearly not a brand new watch. Whether it was second hand, or just ex-display, I couldn't really tell. Either way, it arrived covered in fingerprints, without any of the protective film on the case back, without the crown-stopper that keeps the battery from draining, with a strap that was kinked and marked from having the watch slid up and down it and with some minor scratches on the casing between the strap bars. Oh yeah ... and the box was crushed. Normally, I would have complained and tried for a refund, but because of the £50 I had paid for import duties, I was afraid that I would lose out financially if I tried to get a replacement. Given that it is supposed to be a 'field watch' (and therefore prone to heavy use), I just decided to keep it and wear it. That said, I will never buy anything through Amazon again that has to be imported and will stick to UK-supplied items only. Back to the watch ... Overall, the build quality is very good, especially considering that this is from a relatively small company and not a massive operation like Citizen or Seiko. The casting on the titanium case is a little rough and 'crinkly' around the area between the strap bars and this is visible because of the low strap position, but I quickly came to accept that as part of its charm. The dial is clean and easy to read. The hands are a fair bit whiter than the digits in daylight, but the luminous paint glows a similar shade of green on each when charged up. On the subject of the lume, it may well be Swiss Superluminova, but it is barely good enough to last 6 hours after a full charge and is why this watch loses a star in my review. A more generous application of lume paste (in more layers) is what this watch really needs to live up to the implied promises made on the Bertucci website and in their dealer's online reviews. The double-thickness leather strap that came with the watch is not something that I wanted especially, but it was so surprisingly soft and supple that I have found myself wearing it on that strap a lot. Luckily, any 22mm NATO or Zulu style strap will fit this watch and so there are endless (cheap) options to choose from. The photos show how the watch looks on a 7.25" wrist. Not too big, not too small! And honestly, it is very, very comfortable to wear. It doesn't snag on sleeves because there is no bezel and no sharp edges. It is so light that you don't even realise it is there and with the right strap (especially a thin, rubber NATO) it is actually quite snug and streamline on the wrist. I am very much impressed with my two Bertucci watches. Even though it costs a lot to import them (compared to what our American cousins have to pay, locally), I think that they are still good value for money. The design, the specifications and the build quality are all on par with similarly priced Japanese watches and yet they have plenty of character of their own. Go Bertucci!
