Put on my Lonestar works perfect

This was a fantastic step! I had it on my Dodge before trading it in, but I decided to keep it for another vehicle. It has a beautiful design and is heavy and sturdy. I love this step, but I wish it was larger to cover more surface area in the back. I got it to protect my bumper that kept getting hit while parked, which is why I wished it was bigger. Turns out, someone ended up hitting me on the side instead.

Earlier review: I would've rated it higher but the instructions are terrible/incomplete. (Where do the o-rings go?)Amended review: I changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service/communication from the seller--there was a flaw I discovered after the nominal return period; the seller didn't have to do anything about it, but graciously took ownership of the issue and rectified it to my satisfaction. Needless to say, I'm a very happy customer.

You should say to the buyers that the reverse sensors will sound like hell when going backwards. I will keep it because I love the way it looks and it only makes me almost cry while reversing. Ease of installation, heavy, neat finishes, excellent alignment and it looks wonderful. It should include the adapter for the brake light.

I gave this YZONA Tow Hitch Step as a gift for a brand new F-150 so we could step into the back bed when needed. But today it did more than that...the driver backed into a column in an underground parking , I said STOP too late …He hit it pretty hard as you can see in the pictures , it dented the crap out of it and was pushed against the bumper. We took the hitch off tonight and NO DAMAGE to the truck or bumper!!!The hitch took all the force and damage. I am gonna buy another one next week unless the company wants to send me a replace for this testimony!

It is as described. Looks good. Wasn't paying attention almost bought a lock and Forgot. When it came it had the same lock I was going to buy. We'll worth every penny. Buying 2 more for my other trucks.

Wires completely missing trailer plug, just bare wire. Hitch bent by step. Requested replacement, will update after I receive.UPDATE: Apparently none come with a plug after receiving new one and reading other reviews. Need to buy a plug and wire it yourself. Not a huge deal, but they need to state this in the item listing. New one is slightly bent as well. Upd to 3 stars because build quality is better than others I've seen. Would be 5 stars if they would update listing to say that you need to buy a plug and wire it.

Great bumper guard
