I wear a size 10.5 normally should i size down? I know leather usually stretches

No, the leather on these boots are a cheaper, thinner leather. Dr Martens has definitely gone down in the workmanship/quality of boot since they started outsourcing them. I been wearing Docs for 30 years and the last 5 pairs don't even make to the 2 year mark.

What widths do thay come in and witch is the widest

There no width just your shoe size. I'm shoe size mens 9 US.

Male and female sizes in UK are unisex. So UK 8 womens is same as UK 8 mens An 8UK is a 9 men's in US sizing .

Are they slip resistent?

No. In fact they can get slippery on polished concrete
