they taste okay not as hard as other protein bars but overall not worth it. Only positive is the no added sugar

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! A good sized bar too. Lovely gooey caramel on top of soft & chewy yumminess. They're not too sweet for keto diet followers as I've found with other snacks of this type. I'm very impressed

This is one of the only proteinbars with a steady blood sugar response. No maltodextrin or other bad fillers. The taste and consistency is simply amazing. Highly recommended if you need extra calories during the day.
