Great cold packs. My wife is using them several times a day for a back problem. Great cold retention, and flexibility. And no leakage. I have also made use of them due to stupidly moving a heavy wash machine at 86. Must remember to ask for help next time.

Fabulous pack!!!! My entire back gets the help it needs in one sitting unlike smaller packs.. Great investment for anyone that works hard, and often obtains sore tired muscles.

This is the way to ice. BIG and gets the job done. My PT recommended this. I do fold it in half ( store in zip lock bag ) because of freezer space.
