How many Watts is this machine?

To be honest- I don’t know how many watts/ I do know that we have used it at my daughter’s class parties, weekly pop parties and various gatherings - and it has always worked perfectly and been a big hit!!

I think that the manual that it came with has a way to clean it. I just wipe it off with a paper towel after I use it in the area where you shave the ice to get out the unwanted water when the ice melts. After I make my snowballs and the top as well. To keep it dry and clean for the next use.

My on off knob came in a separate bag there is nothing mentioned I directions how to secure it and it just falls out how does it attach?

My version doesn’t have an on/off switch. Turns on when ice cover is secured in place

Can you use a bowl under rather than a cone

Yes if it will fit. Or use a really tall cup like I do!! I also tap it down to pack it in and layer the syrup. Its great!!!
