This tumbler turned out to be the best gift I could have chosen. The removable insert makes it very easy to personalize, especially if you have some experience with Photoshop and a good printer. You can create your own designs, print them out, and slide them into the tumbler for a truly unique look. The fact that the design can be changed whenever I want is a huge bonus, and it adds a lot of flexibility compared to regular tumblers. The tumbler itself is well-made and the size is just right. The 16oz capacity fits most standard tumblers, so there is a lot of versatility for personalizing with different inserts. The double-wall construction keeps drinks cold for a good amount of time, and the clear exterior really shows off your designs beautifully. The only minor thing I would change is the position of the unscrew mechanism. Currently, it is placed in a way that it can open accidentally when removing the top. It would be more secure if it was positioned at the bottom. As an extra note, the cat ears you see in the picture are from Dollarama, in case anyone likes that aesthetic for styling their tumbler. Overall, this tumbler is a high-quality, versatile, and fun product. It makes a perfect gift or personal project, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys customization.

The bottom broke off at first twist. I had to glue it back together and now I’m scared to change the pictures inside in case it breaks again

This arrived broken, lid shattered. I was hoping to replace it, as it was a gift, but only option was to return at a ups. And when I tried to order again, it was a full $20 more expensive.
