Safer way to mitigate pests
I place these in a 5-gallon bucket filled with water and grass/weeds. The decaying material calls mosquitoes over, and the dunks ensure their larva don't grow into biting adults. This is far safer than other pesticides and doesn't harm pollinators in my yard. We have seen a big decrease in the number of mosquitoes in our backyard this summer.

These Work! Mosquito Larva Are Gone
These work! The tiny wriggling mosquito larva were gone in 24 hours and haven't come back. I am using them in my 15 Gallon mini-garden pond tub inhabited by a Bronze Frog. Got rid the the mosquito larva and did not harm the frog or pond plants . I cut one dunk into 4 pieces since the pond tub is only 15 gallons. I do a 50% water change every week, treat the water used to refill, and add a fresh piece of Mosquito dunk once a month.

Arrived promptly and in good condition
These arrived promptly and in good condition. We have deployed them for 3 weeks now and we believe they are making a difference in the mosquito population. We put chunks of them in dark buckets filled with water and rotting vegetation to attract female mosquitoes. Four buckets around our standard suburban yard. In shady spots.

Helpful, But You'll Need More Than One
I've noticed a slight decrease in the number of mosquitoes since using these, so they do seem to be helping. I think the key is using several around the yard rather than relying on just one, especially if you have a larger outdoor space. Keep in mind they also need to be replaced about once a month to stay effective. I use mine in a Home Depot bucket filled with water along with some grass and plant matter to attract mosquitoes to lay their eggs there instead of elsewhere in the yard. Overall, it's a good product and a nice chemical-free option for mosquito control.

Easy to use, works great
Using this in my outdoor shower holding tank and definitely see a diminished mosquito presence. Great relief that weโre not bitten by mosquitos any more. These work great. Adding new one every month.

Get rid of mosquitoes.
It appears we have less mosquitoes. I think the product works well if done monthly.

Versatile. Work well.
These not only kill mosquito larva, they contain a bacillus that kills other pests without causing harm. I crumble them and apply them to my basil, with almost instant results. Have reordered.

Seems to work!
Bought this as I have a pond in the garden. I put half a dunk in and it seems to have gotten rid of the mosquitoes for now. Fish are still alive, so that's good too. Would recommend.

They work against mosquito larvae.
I didnt submerge mine underwater..I broke it in 3 pieces and let it float...there was rain water in my fish pond...I hadnt had time to clean it out so I was trying these pucks....thd pond was also full of mosquito larvae....I put the puck in the water in late afternoon. By the next afternoon...they hadnt really worked...but by the next afternoon every larvae was dead.. I read the fine print on the box...it recommends submerging them and they will work in 48 hours...this is true I found. I recommend them and will buy again when needed.

How to reduce mosquitos in your yard
These work, but slowly. The female mosquito lays her eggs in the bucket where I have the Dunk set up. None of the eggs hatch, so there is a noticable reduction in the mosquito population, but it takes about 7-10 days to be noticeable. But it is safe for the environment and animals, so the wait is worth it.
