Quality & a BARGAIN!
This is usually 3x the few £s I'm paying for it and it's as good quality as any expensive Ghee out there! Using this to cook with makes a huge difference to the flavour of the final product, especially when making a curry!

Be careful.
I have found this product useful in many recipes and will buy again. I am unsure of the best before date with this product as I cannot find it. It might be my own stupidity but I have managed to slice my hand in several places, once the lid is removed it leaves an extremely sharpe edge. I will not make his mistake again and will decanter as soon as opened.
