This is the original carafe ! Made for the original Cuisinart coffee maker. DCC-2200RC. $34.95 . I may have applied tax in there? Anyone having difficulty ordering a replacement carafe? Where’s the #’s on maker or carafe to refer to? I couldn’t find any #’s! On carafe or machine. But w Amazon it shows all orders uve previously made in the past. Thank gdness! Yep that’s the 1! The original I’m seeking! What a delema I’ve waisted 30 mins discriminating all these replacement generic pots! I’m seeking the ‘original carafe!’ I’ve Got it! My suggestion to others,? Don’t purchase a generic to save a few $’s! The original is made of highest quality & tempered glass made to fit machine perfectly, tight seal w the lid. Important. My need for replacement of original carafe 1st replacement & now 2nd was my fault, washed it in sink & tapped side of mug. Boo boo. When u wash carafes don’t have other items in ur sink! I know better. Yep, I could tell by the sound I was angry at myself! Long comment w apologies but I luv my coffee maker & take excellent care of anything that’s a step above & costs me a bit more. It has always been worth the $. offered generic but probably wrks . Don’t go for the generic replacement. I was surprised at comment from lady setting her pot on marble countertop & it broke. Thanks for the share on that 1! This coffee maker is no doubt top shelf! I purchase most everything from cuisinart, whether it be the new high tech countertop air fryer/ ovens now on market. Haven’t set mine up yet, just recieved. They. Haven’t failed me in any of their products. No I don’t get reimbursement or work for Cuisinart Co. I’m just a regular lady that likes to help others like myself & the confusion w ordering a carafe!

The glass is thick and sturdy, and it pours smoothly without dripping. Makes my coffee maker look brand new again.

Broke my original, bought this one. Same fit and look, with less broken glass.

Fits perfectly. Only complaint is you can’t find one in white - anywhere! Contrast with my white coffee maker isn’t the end of the world, but wish they had one in white. Does not exist.

Darn, I crack my carafe... Simple approach was to replace everything, but pricy. I like my coffee maker and this was an inexpensive alternative.

Perfect replacement for my original carafe which I accidentally smashed while washing. Make sure you have the correct height so it marries with the drip mechanism so you don’t have unplanned spills. I’d recommend you hand wash however, dishwasher put some permanent spots on it, but I guess that’s the case with any glass.
