Hands Down this is the BEST Baking Soda I have ever used! I have used this specific brand for several years now, and I will never go back. Aluminum-free is the healthiest and Bobs Red Mill is TOP-NOTCH! Great packaging, quality product and healthy for you! Everything you need in your diet but also has soooo many other uses. Texture is perfect, so easy to use, the packaging is sealable and stays fresh for a very long time. Excellent value for the money and I always buy the 2 pack because I cook a lot! Taste is great. Put a teaspoon of this baking soda in a small glass of water, stir and drink if you have indigestion. Helps me every time.

This my favorite baking soda brand there is a reason why you can't find it in stores, that is because it works absolutely fantastic. No bitter taste.the is no clumping. Definitely a great value, no leaking like the box brand. Value plus size a no brainer.

I used this as an antacid compared to Arm and Hammer which will not say whether it has aluminum in it or not. Well, this was powerful and worked (maybe too well) on my stomach illness. If I need it again, I will use no more than 1/4 teaspoon in a glass of water. A&H says 1/2 tsp. It would help consumers for Bob's Red Mills to put antacid usage instructions on this product for people who switch from A&H.

quality product, i'd buy again
