Good quality but not for beginners!
Good product, well made and strong. Be aware though, that it is far too strong for my arms, so I bought the yellow one to start off with...but still too strong. Can you make this product for beginners please and not seasoned weight lifters!!!

FOR MY RESISTANCE TRAINING THIS PRODUCT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I AM A 5FT 9IN GUY AND THE RESISTANCE IS PERFECT FOR DOING UPPER BODY (ARM) TRAINING.

This item seems to be well made and has some great resistance to it however it's just too small for an adult male to work out with.

These bands are great. I've used them in fitness classes that I took, and finally ordered a set for myself. You may read reviews about these bands snapping. I have taken classes for years using these bands, and as they wear, there could be potential for snapping. Once your bands get old, and you may see some cracks, then order a new one. I don't think it is reasonable for customers to think bands can last forever, but if you use these correctly, and you don't use these in a class setting where they are used countless times a day by various individuals, I think these could last a single user for several years (unless heavily used). They are a very cheap alternative to large, bulky weight machines, and you achieve nice, toned muscles. They are great to travel with as well!
