iPad, Meet Your Throne!
I love this iPad mount! Been using it in a Cessna 172S and it holds rock solid, even in turbulence (and some flat landings). Super easy to install and adjust, and it keeps my iPad right where I need it without blocking any instruments or affecting the controls. Solid build quality. Makes flying with ForeFlight so much smoother than having to look down at a knee board. Highly recommend to any pilot looking for a reliable cockpit setup!

Exceeded My Expectations!
I have been looking for something "solid" to hold my Samsung A9 tablet that I use for navigation in my side by side. With a protective case installed, the A9 is about 9" diagonally. I wanted something that could hold the weight of a tablet when going over rough terrain. I ordered several different holders to try out. The ARKON Mounts - Tablet Holder did the best job and exceeds my expectations. It comes with several different "fingers" that allow for the holder to clamp on even very large tablets. I was able to mount it on my steering column on my 2016 Artic Cat Wildcat Trail XT 700 Side by Side which has a pretty tight cabin being a 50" SxS. I am impressed how strong the holder is. I did a 35 mile trail in Utah and the holder did not fail. It did not slip nor did it loose grip on my tablet. If the mounting option works for you machine, I think this holder will do a great job.

Good Alternative than using Kneeboards (Aviation)
This was very handy, better than using knee boards. Grip keeps it in place and holds the iPad well.

Worth it
Attention pilots this is the item your IFR flight has been missing!!!! It helps so much with SRM and situational awareness. The arms that hold your ipad can break so definitely don't throw it around

Use in a sxs.
I boughy this for a galazy tablet using lifetime trail maps in a sxs. Had no issues. Make sure when you mount the clips on theount are not pushing on the buttons on the side of the tablet

Good Yoke Mount
Works as advertised. Instructions for assembly are pretty sparse, but most people should be able to figure it out using the drawings provided. Worked very well for attaching my Galaxy S6 tabled to the mount. Held firmly inflight. I would like to see a little more capability to tilt the display. I'm over 6' tall and have to look down to see the display in flight.

Worked flawlessly. Requires assembly
Got to try it out for the first time in a plane. The clamp held nicely on the yoke. I used mine with a mini-iPad, and in spite of it being a rough day for flying, it help in place without moving. I used it without a case but will be getting a case now knowing the mini iPad will work in it with a case.

Works great. Can interchange with RAM mount ball/parts/suction cup. Firm grip. Quickly add/remove iPad (in it's case). It's awesome.

Having been an avid motorcyclist I was familiar with the various RAM mounts and their usefulness. Having had an unfortunate accident a few years back I’m now confined to a power wheelchair and also spend a fair bit of time in a hospital style bed at home. I was pleasantly surprised to find the ARKON mounts and their considerably lower price point to RAM products. Yes ARKON uses mostly plastic parts where RAM might be metal, however I have found them to be sufficiently robust for my uses. I currently have this tablet mount with the robust clamp on my bedside table with a double ball joint added so that I can use two long arms to hold my iPad in assorted positions while I’m in bed. As a comparison to the RAM clamp mount I like the claws better on the ARKON version as it is more adaptable to round or flat surfaces. I also have a similar setup on my powerchair to hold my iPhone next to my control arm. It’s niece to have the cell phone right at my fingertips when using the joystick on the chair.

Used on a Piper PA28 yoke mount for an iPad Mini 3. Feels sturdy, and versatile as it can be turned at infinity angles due to ball socket joints. Also, firm enough that I don’t worry of slip offs. I did not feel annoying during operating a yoke. Off course, iPad mini is blocking to look at some gauges like heding indicator.

Works great to hold a tablet on my side by side for GPS on the trails, much cheaper than some of the competition and it's very sturdy.
