Best controllers iv ever used wouldn't recommend any other controller's other than these
I use these for all my VR games now. They are comfortable, Battery life is longer and better tracking too than the Vive 2.0 controller's.

Get what you pay for
Expensive, but you get what you pay for. Best controllers I have ever had.

Everything’s great, price is a bit insane
I ended up paying 600 for controllers worth 370-400. However due to the fact that they are discontinued I accepted my fate. The controllers themselves are perfect, the box came sealed and with everything in it, all the manuals, all the wires and accessories. Controllers themselves are very comfy but there’s this weird issue with the right joystick. If you are willing to pay an absurd upcharge I’d say it’s a fine purchase

Dirty and broken.
Left controller seems to be fineRight controller tho… came really dirty, and the cover for the finger track pad/grip came so dirty and broken!it came sliding off of the controller with the ribbon wire out. Luckily I managed to pull the ribbon wire back in but the grip cover keeps sliding and being unstable/easily pullable.

Huge downgrade from Rift CV1 for me.
Really inconsistent finger detection and, for VRChat, gesture detection. Just a bad product (comparatively). My Rift CV1 controllers' models didn't even clip into each other in VR in the home and loading screens, these things clip by like half a cm. It's a small annoyance but I can't forgive them since their performance with finger detection is so poor.Good aspects include the cheerful beep when powered on and how reliably they summon Steam VR from a standing start when you do so. I use a Bigscreen Beyond now (and Vive trackers) and I told myself I'd sacrifice anything to get all my hardware running together like this on the Valve lighthouses... well, compared to how nice my Rift CV1 was, I sure feel like I've sacrificed almost everything.I am an adult with small, sweaty hands. If you have bigger hands and thicker fingers it might work a little better for you. If you never had a Rift CV1 you won't know what you're missing, anyway. I would assume these are still the best controllers currently in production, but that doesn't mean I have to like them.

Pretty good
The valve index controllers I got were pretty good! Only thing’s I’d complain about were that because I bought them used, the reseller didn’t specify that the box was a bit damaged and the charging cables were missing for the controllers. Upon using them, the ring finger and pinky finger are a little finicky with the tracking, often not closing all the way.Although these issues are a bit big, I DID buy it used so I kinda expected this. Id definitely rebuy different controllers or get them fixed at some point, but overall they’re very comfortable and useful!
