precocious 9yo girl wanted dotted notebooks; I picked these for their apparent quality, color, price, and shipping speed -- girlie is so pleased and made sure I know so I can get more for her in future. They are lovely and feel good to the touch. I haven't written in them myself of course but the paper looks quite smooth and thick.

A rock-solid notebook—it is my go-to for a journal. Today, I am starting my sixth one in just over two years and remain very happy with them. They hold up well being tossed in a bag every day, and they lay flat for hours at a time without any spine issues. The only modification I make is adding a small sheet of paper to act as a line template to keep my writing neat. Even with heavy black Sharpie lines on that template, there is only faint ghosting through the page and I use that to keep my writing even. (Then turn the page, place the guide, and start another neat entry - perfect.) While I can't speak to how the paper handles every pen type, it is flawless with Pilot G2 gel pens. This is the perfect size if you already use 5×8 Field Notes (or similar notebooks); they complement each other perfectly. I came back this morning to order two more so I have them ready on the shelf for next time.

Best note book ever got it for Christmas! the pages are smooth do your pencil glides across the page, great color options too got the green and black perfect size and you do have to crease the page but stays very nice and lays flat great durability no scratches yet not sure what the paper weight is. But greet book not sure I would recommend it if you have stickers for it

Easily as good as Clairegontaine or Rhodia, less than half the price.

I have been using the RETTACY Lined Journal Notebooks and have been really pleased with them so far. The quality of the leather hardcover feels nice and durable, and the notebooks look great in a professional or casual setting. The size (A5) is just right, not too big to be bulky but spacious enough to write comfortably. Each journal has 192 numbered pages, which is perfect for long term use. The paper quality is also impressive; at 100 GSM, it feels thick and sturdy, so there’s minimal bleed through with most pens. It’s great for both writing and sketching if you want to use it for multiple purposes. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is the binding, it could be a little more flexible. It feels slightly stiff at first, though it loosens up with use. Overall, this is a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable, stylish journal. It’s perfect for daily writing, work notes, or even as a thoughtful gift.

My son loves to draw in these notebooks, but does press pretty hard with a pencil and he finds the paper is sometimes too thin. This is a well made journal/sketch book though!

I try a lot of notebooks, some for sketching, but most often for daily journaling. These are some of the best I've found for notes/journaling. I tried these because of a discussion about bleed-through. The pack of two was handy; I could always give one away if I didn't like one. I tried the following writing devices, in the order I usually use them. 1) Pentel EnerGel Deluxe RTX Retractable Liquid Gel Pen, 0.5mm, Needle Tip, Black Ink, 2) STAEDTLER PIGMENT LINER 0.3mm BLACK INK, 3) Lamy Safari Fountain Pen - Charcoal - Fine, with new black cartridge, and 4) Pentel Arts Pocket Brush Pen. I expected the first three to do well, but I assumed that the brush pen would bleed. Not so! They all wrote well and did not bleed. If you hold the page up to the light the brush writing has a touch of ghosting, but tolerable for me. The fountain pen was exceptionally smooth. The construction seems very good, lays nearly flat, and has two ribbons for markers. A pocket is placed in the back in the back along with four separators to affix as one chooses. College-ruled provides enough space for writing without being cramped. So: good for writing, good for quality, good for features.

Bought as alternative expensive options on the market and I found that these notebooks are excellent value for the money. Paper quality is top-spec and binding is done properly. The hardcover is relatively thicker and rigid compared to expensive options (softcover) on the market. I will consider repeating the purchase in the longer term.

Me llegó antes de lo previsto. Se siente de buena calidad y si usas pluma fuente te gustará. Yo uso una lamy safary de punta media y la tinta no transpasa la hoja.

Muy contenta con la calidad del papel para el precio del pack, buscaba un papel que no traspasase la tinta de pilot y estoy muy contenta con estos cuadernos, los uso también para bocetos y van genial.

Es un excelente producto! el gramaje de las hojas es alto y eso ayuda mucho a que si se usan plumones no se tras pase la tinta a la otra hoja. el precio es excelente y la calidad de los Journals es en verdad muy buena. Lo recomiendo mucho
