Good condition
My kid loves Beano comics so I'm trying to collect the whole collection. The condition of the book is 5.

Never too old to enjoy the Beano.
But disappointed with the cost this year. I buy it every year for my now nearly 30 year old grandson. He has had them since he was a little boy. Found the cost up from previous years quite a bit. He has this year a baby girl with his wife. Wonder if she will like them when she is a little older.

Stories just like the original comics
The comic stories are just like they used to be with the illustrations. Brilliant gift for a not so young man who liked comics in his youth!

Not worth full cover price, but ok on amazon prices
What can i say? This is an ongoing ritual for my son, who is now 28. I get it for him every year and it seems to get thinner every year, but it's basically a daft pressy he gets at Christmas. Good quality, but don't think it's worth the full price (stated on book), so good that it's cheaper on amazon. Some of the same characters in it and some new ones.

Old Time Winner
It might sound silly but I was first given the Beano Annual some 50 years ago and it has become a family tradition that we have one every year at Christmas. This has been passed on to my children who now actively keeps the tradition going by getting them for my grandchildren. Simply good honest , simple fun and escapism with a few laughs thrown in.

Adventure and superheros
My client loved his beano discovering the antics of hermes the Greek god of thieves we had story of superheroes and egos were matched. Great fun.
